    On 6/30/24, I made a one-time donation to a person through Digistore24. Unknowingly, they signed me up for a yearly deduction. So on 6/28/25, suddenly 1200 Euros was charged to my ****** account. I never signed up for an annual deduction. I consider this to be fraud. I contacted the company and they told me the policy was cancellable, but on their website, there is no way to cancel it. I would like the charge removed from my ****** account *********************

    I purchased an Opus Soundbed from ************ on 6/21/24. The payment was $2316.05 to Digistore24. They were supposed to ship the item to me by August or September of 2024. This never happened. When I inquired, they stated they were having packaging and shipping issues and they would resolve them quickly. I waited until January of 2025. I contacted them again and they said I could receive my shipping costs back ($150) and they would still ship my order soon. I agreed. I never received a shipping order and I still did not receive the original order. I contacted them again in March or April. I requested a full refund at this time. They said they would process a full refund and I would have it in ***** business days. I waited for 30 business days and contacted them again. I am receiving the same response as usual of they are having processing delays and they will still refund me. I called Digistore24 today and complained and asked for my refund. They contacted Opus and I am getting the same response. Upon further investigation, I am just one of MANY people dealing with the same false promises. I believe it is a scam and fraudulent.

    I am filing this complaint on behalf of my elderly grandmother, **** *********, regarding a long-overdue and unjustly denied refund. Despite returning a product within the window and never receiving a second order, Digistore24 has refused to issue a refund and has treated her with blatant disregard and unprofessionalism that is verging on elder abuse. The details are as follows:First charge: $302.82 Product was returned (only one bottle opened), confirmed received by the ********** refund has been issued.Second charge: $268.83 Product was never received.A cancellation request was submitted, but she was charged ************* refund has been issued.**** originally placed her order on November 10, 2024, and since then, we have made numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company. She is an elderly woman experiencing cognitive decline, and this experience has caused significant emotional stress and financial strain.Despite clearly meeting the return conditions and never receiving the second order, Digistore24 continues to deny her refund. We have spoken with multiple customer service agents who confirmed on recorded calls that the return was received. The tracking number no longer works as its outside the **** timeline. Worse still, the customer service experience has been nothing short of appalling:Representatives frequently hang up or refuse to speak.The company refuses to connect us to management or escalate the issue in any way.We have been promised over five call-backs, none of which have occurred.There has been zero accountability and no communication from any higher-level staff. We request urgent assistance from the BBB to help mediate and resolve this situation, as Digistore24 has proven unwilling to address it directly despite repeated and good-faith efforts on our part.Let me know if youd like to add any contact information or upload supporting documents to accompany the complaint.

    I ordered 6 bottles of prolong power at a total price of $340.90 and was told that a conformation email would be sent to confirm my payment and with the money back guarantee. I called them and told them that when the product arrived I was going to return them if no email was received. I never received an email. They arrived and I returned all 6 bottles unopened. I have 2 witnesses to this fact. I have sent 3 emails and called a number of times with no success. Their response is no tracking no refund. I called before sending the bottles and was giving 2 rma numbers which they said I must have to return the bottles. The numbers are RMA ***************************************** Their phone # was **************. They have since disconected this #. I returned the bottles Jan the tenth 2025.

    I placed an order for men's health products on 1/08/14 with *****************. My credit card statement said I was charged $294.00 to DIGISTORE24*E2MYYW5J DGISTORE24.C FL .After not receiving my order after almost a month (2/03/25), I called the phone number provided on one of the many emails the company has sent me ***************), and the company representative told me that they had zip code wrong. He said he corrected that mistake and I should receive in 5-7 days. Didn't happen. I called again on 2/10/25 and was again told that I would receive my order in an additional 5-7 days. No package. I tried to call again on 2/19/15 and I was unable to get through. I am writing to ask for your help to cancel the order and get my payment reimbursed. I have returned ALL of the product I received. The last shipment was not opened. Contacted seller and was told to return unopened package, marked "REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER" I followed their instructions. Have been fighting to get my money back. To date, my bank account has been credited $611.51...1/27/25 $314.58, $157.29, $139.63. I have written two letters and made numerous phone calls. They refuse to refund my balance of $611.50. The package that was returned unopened had a receipt showing pkg. was returned. DigiStore has a copy of that receipt. The receipt # ***-54600036-2-4680161-2, ***:178734-0735. Clerk: 04. These customer service specialists are extremely difficult to understand. When I called today, the lady told me they had a recording of me saying that I agreed to a refund balance of $611.51. I WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THIS SINCE THEY OWE ME ANOTHER $611.50. This must be how they stay in business. I AM SO ANGRY WITH THEM AND THEIR SO-CALLED 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

    I ordered a product on line called Prolong from a Business called ***************** in **************** for $189 and made the purchase on 2 December 24. Their " IRON CLAD": guarantee says you have 60 days from date of delivery of the product to request a refund.The product did not work for me so on ****************************************************************************** with refund instructions . On 3 February 25 I got an email offering me a 50% refund. I declined that offer and asked for return address to send the product back. Then they sent me an email saying that I had purchased the product on 2 Dec and now the 60 days had elapsed and it was too late to request a refund. I then called the company yesterday and a ***resentative first offered me a 50% refund then put me on hold and came back saying I was too late in requesting the refund. I read the *** their refund policy saying the 60 day period started on date of delivery which was 11 Dec 24. She then again put me on hold and then came back saying I could get a 50% refund. Thinking that if I continued to hold out for a full refund they would eventually not refund anything to me so I accepted the 50% telling g the *** this was not fair. I also sent an email to the com many showings the tracking receipt showing that the product had been delivered to me on 11 Dec and that I was well within the 60 day period. I got know response. I then got an email saying $94.91 had been refunded to my ****** account. So I am losing $94.92. I realize that this amount is small but the fact that this company claims an iron clad refund but does not honor it needs to be addressed

    I purchas** the ** product on 10-19-24 and reciev** it on 10-23-24. Product has a 30 day full refund guarantee. Product did not work and I believe it made my symptoms worse. Call** for a rma number and finally reciev** it after other offers. Retun** product on 11-22-24. They reciev** it on 11-25-24. call** in Dec to check on my refund and was told it took 5-8 days. That has pass** before I call**. I call** back a few days later and was told the same thing again. Still no refund. I feel a class action lawsuit is in order.

    Digi store has sent me emails saying that I have been refunded. I have not received anything from Digistore as of to this date.
