      Thank you for your kind consideration,I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $1,127.54. This includes: $314.58 6) bottles plus 12) bottles $423.73 on order #****** (I am assuming the extra charge was for the buy 5, get 7 free; although I NEVER received a confirmation for such a transaction, but its the only thing I can think of for this extra charge on my card that NEVER received a confirmation for.)PLUS: $389.24 for #***** the DUPLICATE your Last chance to order, email which made me think my order didnt go through. (Your fault, but I have to pay to ship back?!?) YOUR product does NOT work, your ad (which I taped) is full of lies. NOT 4 ingredients, NOT losing any weight: NONE whatsoever! FREE shipping, two guarantees (one says 60d & send bottles back; the other says unlimited lifetime & dont have to send bottles back) Ive tried many times over a week to contact you via the email in the ad: ********************************** and they kept getting bounced back to me. And many others, so many as a matter of fact, I believe Im going to refer this not only to the BBB, but also the ************************* Im a 70yo retired teacher who cried throughout the presentation believing my prayers had been answered.       After taking Lipomax for 5 weeks I started having headaches, nose bleeds and clotting, and very high blood pressure. After a week of trying to figure out the cause I stopped taking my Lipomax and within 2 days my issues greatly lessened and were completely gone after 4 days. I tried returning my products per their instructions to ********************************** and my emails were rejected. I also reached out to Dr. **** ***** who emailed me initially claiming to be committed to my success and advising me to email her if I had any questions. Her email is ************************* I received no response. There was no phone number to call. I purchased the 6 bottle pack and the additional 5 for a reduced price and was to provide me with the unlimited timeframe for returning the product which was otherwise limited to 60 days. I attempted to return even before the 60 day timeframe. Also their documentation regarding returns said it must include the packing list and all bottles including empty. I did not receive any paperwork or instructions just the bottles with instructions so small I had to use a magnifier to read. I threw out my empty bottle as they never advised it would be needed for a return. I wasnt thinking of returning the product when I purchased it. I have 10 bottles and 9 are unopened.

      I ordered LipoMax and received the product. There is a 60- or 90-day (advertisement for product said 90-day) 100% money back guaranteeno questions asked. I ordered in September. The product absolutely does not work (for me) and there is no working contact info to request refund of $588.91. The website server denies all of my email attempts and the phone numbers do not answer. I have left several messages with no return call. Having looked at the BBB website, I realize now that this is a scam. Do I have no recourse? $588 is a lot of money for someone like mefixed income, husband in nursing home. I charged this product on my credit card and it is a charge listed as Diabetes Health. Shall I dispute with credit card company, or is this the correct avenue? I do not have Diabetes, by the way.

      ****** SAYS THIS IS A SCAM, THE ***** WAS FAKE, THE PRODUCT WAS NOT APPROVED BY A DOCTOR AND NO ONE GETS A REFUND,!!Ordered on Aug 13th 2025. Called the next day to cancel and was told that they did not have an order for me. That order was $321.20 Called everyday for a week and no one answered the phone!!! ORDER #****** My charge **** came and i had 2 charges from them $321.20 AND$432.63 I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR $432.63 !! PANIC TOOK OVER, TRIED TO CALL, NO ANSWER!! Therefore when a package arrived from Lipomax I refused the order, and it was returned, I enclosed the receipt for the return BELOW. Tracking #********************** The advertisement I saw was on ******** and depicted a Doctor and Opera, now I read on ******, IT WAS A SCAM. AI CREATED ***** IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT!!! i also read they are not giving refunds as promised!!SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE THEM AND GET EVERYONES MONEY BACK. !!!!!!

      Ordered and charged 9/21. Requested to cancel order before shipping with no response. Never received order number. Never received tracking information. Only got solicitation emails flooding in from various email addresses including ************************************** and ************************* Emailed these back with no response also. Emailed both support emails provided on website to return products and both emails are fake. Website 60-day money back guarantee. Unable to contact any way to request product return for guarantee. THIS IS A SCAM! Charged $160.68 and $234.55 from cartpanda. Emailed cartpanda after my dispute was denied by ******. No response.

      I received the product in the first part of August. On August 30, 2025, I sent an email to what I thought was the company and asked them for my money back. The product did not work as I had hoped. In fact I gained 5 pounds instead of losing it like they advertised. They had a money back guarantee and I was asking them to honor that. They got back to me and offered me 50% of my money back and that I could keep the product. I replied that I wasnt interested and I again stated that I would like them to honor their moneyback guarantee. I hadnt heard anything from them and on September 11 I again emailed them and asked them to honor their moneyback guarantee. I heard nothing from them over the weekend and sent them another email message on September 15. I have not heard anything from them. I just tried calling their customer service number and they hung up on me. I still would like them to honor their money back guarantee. The total I would like back is $303.95. I hope you can help me.

      I ordered & received product awaiting a coaching call for instructions on how to use product. No one called at the appointment time. I tried calling them but could not get an answer or callback. Then upon researching the company, I found poor ********************* Including the use of phony AI generated endorsements by ************************* I followed instructions for returning product, but could not obtain the required return authorization.

      The product was supposed to help with weight *************** loss occurred. None at all. Coaching, "couldn't get through," and yet I get many spam calls a day. Product is another scam and email listed on site comes back undeliverable.

      I returned the product within the correct time frame. I sent the product back on 8/26/25 and **** delivered it on 8/29/25. I have supplied the tracking number from ****. I returned all bottles as instructed, both used and unused,. I followed the return policy exactly as stated in Step 3 of attached supporting documents. There was never a requirement of an RMA number needed. Now I am being told that I will not get my refund. The company has the product verified by the **** tracking number.

      This is in regard to a purchase that I made on 8/28/25, order number ****** for the LipoMax drops. While in transit I had changed my mind about using them. When the package arrived there was no packaging slip. I called the phone number on the bottle and got instructions on how to return the item for a refund. I returned the package via **** on 9/8/25. Per tracking number the item was received. I have yet to get my refund. The email posted as their customer service email is fake. ********************************** does not go through. I am really upset at getting scammed. Liveand learn. But this company is not to be trusted.
