    Parent was scammed thinking Dr. ****** ***** endorsed product IQBlast dietary supplement. His voice and image was AI generated. She lost $380. Parents name is ******** *******, and she is 83 years old. She ordered via phone and used her credit card for this purchase of 6 bottles.

    We would like to clarify that customer initiated a chargeback request for this order.
    We did not dispute the chargeback and a full refund has already been issued through your card provider. At this point, the funds are under the responsibility of your financial institution.
    If you have not received the amount, please contact the card issuer or your bank directly, as we are no longer able to take any further action on this matter.
