    I bought a product ( Restore Glygogen) & didn't know it was subscription. They sent the product on 12-3-2023. I contacted them for return info& got a # to send it back. *** says it was delivered 12.14.2023. I have called 3 times & was told I would get a refund. Since I had fraud on my cc, it was canceled and they said they would send me an e check. 2 1/2 ********** am still waiting.Restore Glycogen PO Box ***** Lakeland, ************* ************ Price was $189.88 They agreed they did get the product back.UPS TRACKING #**********************.

    This dealer is a joke. Bought a car from them, no complaints regarding the car. When I was there, I asked about a recall, was told all recalls were up to date. When I asked about a certain recall, they knew nothing about it, until they researched and found out there was a recall, no parts available at this time. Spent about 3 hours at dealership wanted get it over with, paid cash told them i would pick up car in a couple of days. Salesman told me to bring tag from my old car .When i got home i discovered they had added $943.04 to purchase price, called salesman about this , he seamed supprised said would sort it out when i picked up car. Came in asked about this charge was told it was service and prep fees .I pointed out i already paid a predelivery service charge of $998.00 sales manager said the $943.04 was also part of the service fees.asked for a refund was told not going to happen .Got home and realized i didnt have a copy of the registration called salesman,he said no problem would email it. received it only to find plate no. on registration did not match the plate i brought in. Called back , salesman admitted he should not have put that plate on the car should have been a temp tag .I drove aprox . 40 miles with switched tags on my new car. was told he would over night tag, received it 3 days later. Spoke to there GM asked to refund the $943.04 his answer was the same no refund. My advise to any one thinking about buying a car stay clear of Lakeland Auto mall.

    Spoke to the customer at length - The deal was handled over several days and everything was fully disclosed and acknowledged with signatures from the customer concerning reconditioning. All recalls or vehicle notices are completed immediate as parts availability, which is also signed by every customer and disclosed prior to sale finalization. Customer demanded a refund or threatened multiple actions. The company remains the entire transaction is fully disclosed and we have delivered exactly as promised (actually at a small amount/cost less to the customer than originally agreed)

    As to refund all i asked for was the $943.04 the over charged me. The recall i brought to there attention the sales manager or salesman new nothing about untill i showed them the recall no. and yet they kept telling me all recalls were up to date. This recall could not be completed because the parts to complete were not available yet. As to the $943.04 the were unable to show me what it was for, only that it was part of there dealer prep fees. When i asked about the $998.00 charge ther answer was the same. I knew nothing about the $943.04 untill after the fact. They can come up with all the excuses they want, i still want to warn the public to read all the reviews on Lakeland Auto mall some thing i did not do, my fault, had i done this i would have stayed away from them

    One other thing i forgot to mention in my last comment was to the plates the sales man asked me to bring to put on the car i purchased was not addressed in the rebuttal from the dealer. I have a text message from the sales man where he admitted ( in his words ) he screwed up. His screw up could have caused me a lot of trouble had i got stopped by a cop. The state of FL. frowns on some one driving on switched plates, they can and most likely would have taken me to jail and impound the car. As to any retaliation on my part i told the sales manager, salesman, general manager , that i would be letting any one i came across as to there ( in my opinion ) deceptive practices .
