He did a small job for me; one side of a pool deck up to a fence about six feet away. During the job he installed four pavers that are broken. I don’t understand how you can look at a paver, see that it is broken and install it anyway. He left spare pavers at my house that are in perfect condition so there were good pavers available for the job. I can provide photos. I pointed out the broken pavers to him and he told me he would come back to replace them. He just kept putting it off. At one point he did make an appointment, confirmed, to come back and replace them but he never showed up. No communication, just a no-show to fix the job. Since then he has ignored all of my voicemails and text messages. Now it is five months later and I still have the four broken pavers. There is no doubt they will deteriorate and leave holes in my pool deck. All I wanted him to do was come back and repair the job which he never did. I paid him a total $2,070 for the job on Oct 18, 2022. I told him about the broken pavers and sent pics. He refuses to come back and replace them and will not communicate.
