      This was an in store purchase and the address is 19221 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL 33548. It was on 7/3/2021 and totals $70.92. After the cashier had scanned my items, I realized that everything was either moldy or was leaking so I couldn't use it. I tried to tell the store that but they said there was nothing that they could do. I have been trying to get my money back for a while. I just want my money back.

      I visited Publix this morning for a cake and other things, before going to breakfast to celebrate my son in law Birthday. This store was one of my favorites places, I come to purchase and do instacard a few times a week. After paying cash for my items, I did a separate transaction for a ****** gift card because I wanted to pay with credit card. The girl that works at the self checkout was helping me. The register keep thinking and not moving forward, she said give me the gift card go get another one I'll take it to customer service and you go there. Don't worry you already paid. I got the ****** gift card, see the girl telling the one at the customer service to sell me the gift card. immediately a manager came and she said. Can you check that she paid the items in her cart, she said she did... that was embarrassing. I do digital receipts so I'm pulling it but she insinuated I was stilling and the manager didn't do nothing about. I was crying and said maybe is time to go to another sto

      Publix Deli Department @ 1905 Scenic Hwy N Ste 4000, Snellville, GA 30078 I have had uncountable moments of bad customer service. My last complaint was to the assistant store manager last week. The employees in the Deli are rude. The items requested are never in stock. The hot food line always looks horrible with dried up food. I have to drive to another side of town if I want fresh deli food with great service. This department needs serious training on how to run the deli and how to provide excellent customer service.

      Before let me express how much I l enjoy shopping at Publix and Have always acknowledged and appreciated their customers always right no matter what policy I am just disappointed in this Past experience I encountered with my store The lake Gibson Publix on 98 north in Lakeland FL. On Friday July 9th after the long hectic week that it was I decided to have something easy and non hectic for dinner so I called up.my local lake Gibson Publix and ordered 4 in a half Subs for my family for dinner.As I started my order I let the deli associate know that I was keeping simple all of them.were going to be the same with the exception of to be half which was for my little girl. I ordered them with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle specifically expressed.no kind of peppers and no Olives they all had no lettuce and tons of olives so after my husband Tony got home I discussed.with him and he said well honey I sure think you should bring it to their attention I am sure.they will make it right.

      I ordered Publix catering for my son's 2 birthday party. Popcorn chicken platter was one of the catering items. After the party was over, adults bit into the chicken and it was raw. More than 20 individuals are raw chicken, most of whom children.

      On 7/8/21 at approx 6p I went to The Publix supermarket @ Sunshine Square in Boynton Beach FL. Its located at the SW corner of Woolbright Rd and Federal Hwy. I went in to purchase a $12 money order with my debit card. When I got to the customer service counter and asked for the money order; the representative said " Oh that's below the maximum, what is it for?" My response was "i don't see how that is any of your business ma'am". She replied with " Ok I'll get the manager". So the manager comes out, A lady by the name of Kristina I******,. Ms I****** proceeds to tell me that it's now a current store policy to ask the purpose of purchasing any money orders below $20 because the sore has been the victim of fraud. At that point i was livid so i asked to see her ID. She refused. when I told her that it was because I short change my rent by $12 she asked me to prove it! She then stopped me from looking for the proof and told me she wouldnt sell me a money order so i left the store

It is ok to profile, harass, and deny service to anyone that you feel looks like they shouldn't be here.. when I am a member of the indigenous people who were here before the United States was formed

A national meat shortage has impacted supplies of certain products, including chicken. On June 4, the store was finally able to order the chicken livers. I didn't have anyone to help & this ***** was a good thing (no car). I doubt I'm the only person this is happening to. Please help no money for an attorney.       My wife mistakenly bought a prepaid credit card as a gift to our nephew for an X-Box for $65 and it should of been for a PlayStation. After waiting 2 weeks for Publix Corp to clear this they now refuse to rebate the money. The card is still good, not opened and the PlayStation card was purchased from Publix. I cannot not believe Publix needs this money. Once again no good deed goes unpunished. Do not understand the problem.
