I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing has been done to help resolve my issue. The message received from  Agnini is that they would forward my message to ******, the senior ** in charge. It did not address any of my concerns or provide a reasonable solution.

      Sincerely,

***** *****teeth or ortho. Or during ortho they forgot to remove the tooth and that the objective of all this dental work was for me to have tooth number 10 repaired. * To remedy this issues, I would like our money back that we paid for braces , since i will be needing to get them again and potentially the wisdom teeth if it wasnt necessary to begin with.

We have spoken to the patient several times regarding her treatment Our decision to not refund the money she paid for her braces is substantiated by our medical/clinical records documenting the treatment provided and the recorded conversations and electronic communications we have had with the patient.  Treatment was completed (previously) and furthermore, we have met with the patient in our office to review her concerns. ********************************** his treatment coordinator, and the Practice Manager have all had extensive conversations outlining the next steps for us to meet her desire to close the space and place an implant for tooth #**.   The removal of her wisdon teeth and the orthodontics were all part of the necessary treatment, even though she feels the outcome has not been ideal.  We are not willing to refund the money for the treatment for services rendered.

      Complaint: 23090111

I am rejecting this response because:(
The medical documents (which is attached to this complaint) show that Dr. ****** requested the removal of tooth ten DURING ortho treatment, which was not done. I was not aware of this since it was in the clinical notes ( which I received in January of this year). I asked the treatment coordinator about the removal of the tooth several times AFTER meeting with other dentist (who said the tooth needed to be extracted while getting Orthodontics) why this wasnt done, which she avoided to answer and pushed to up sale me about a workaround. Actually saying that they could not provide an answer until the workaround was completed. But since the calls are recorded Im sure Agnini can provide the phone calls of me asking her about the removal of the tooth and why it wasnt done. I still have the SAME spacing I started with years ago. In the response prior to this Agnini still is acknowledging I have a spacing issue. The purpose of the braces was to close the space in preparation for an implant not just to simply close spacing as one would for normal braces. According, to several dentist offices including Agnini the space is still too large and per Dr. **** put it, it will look like I have four front teeth even through I underwent ortho. Several dentist are saying the same thing Dr. ****** has said in his notes before I began Ortho, which is to remove the tooth (lateral incisor) during the ortho process to properly close the space for an implant. So yes I underwent the Ortho process, but Agnini failed to do one crucial step, which was to remove the tooth( lateral incisor). Which they admit I still have significant spacing. So the purpose of the service was not rendered. Which is why the extensive conversation isnt extensive at all, their only response to me is for me to pay thousands of dollars for a workaround to make the my front teeth appear smaller, because Agnini failed to extract the tooth ( lateral incisor) during ortho.
Furthermore, in the initial complaint, if Agnini could have done the workaround years ago why have me get ortho and my wisdom teeth removed. They still admit I have a spacing issue ( photo atracked) and want me to pay thousands of dollars to fix it because they skipped a step.
While they claim it was necessary they cant explain why it was necessary nor why the tooth wasnt extracted.
I dont feel the outcome wasnt ideal, they failed significantly in rendering a service that I paid them for. Why would I be meeting with them to close a space thats already closed if the service was done correctly. I initially met with them back in 2020 to close a space and have an implant placed.
In the attached picture you can see the spacing. If the service was rendered, that spacing wouldnt exist.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Sincerely,

**** ******ce I had already put out $200 for the initial work. I am now out $200, I'm refused further service and would now have to go to another dentist and pay out that $200 again in order to start this process all over. Meanwhile I need my cleaning and Agnini dental office refuses to see me further.
