    My wife took our autistic daughter to the dentist to get a tooth repaired today 10-03-2023 and upon finally being seen by someone, she was denied care and refused to be worked on due to her "not cooperating". A discussion ensued thereafter with the tech, as she blatantly told my wife she can feel how she wants to feel, they denied helping her refused to do anything for her. Mind you, as I've mentioned my daughter is autistic but is bottom of the spectrum so she really isn't a lot compared to other children. The staff was truly rude disrespecting my wife and even refused issuing a referral to another place in Tampa. Do not recommend this office whatsoever. Needs management change.

    We arrived at 10:47 this morning and the parking lot is jam full. We arrived on 7/7/2022 to an overcrowded waiting room. We write our name down to be checked in. There's a line at reception area so we wait to be called up for check in. 30 minutes go by and they call us to reception. Good to go, so i think. Another 30 minutes go by and they call us again to get a name tag. Then we sit back in waiting area. Another hour goes by. People who arrived after us are seen before us. Now, I'm livid but I kept my cool. I walked up to reception again and ask to reschedule and why is it that others who came after us are seen before us. There was no sense of urgency. Today was our first time there and quite possibly the last. I will be looking for another dentist for my family. This was not a good first impression or experience. Such a waste of our time and our insurance company's money.
