    ****** was FANTASTIC as he managed the process of delivering my disabled vehicle from ****** to ************ **. My stress level was very high but he kept assuring me the truck would be delivered on time and on budget.. A 5/5 rating is simply not enough - a 10/5 is how I rate him.     Try to use 3 other carriers over 2 weeks never had anyone pick up the car drivers who were assigned never showed.
    Had to have my credit card company claw back a deposit from one.
    Then I contacted Roman at Empire and everything proceeded smooth as glass Luke asked the car was picked up on time the driver stayed in touch the whole time actually delivered it ahead of time and the car was in perfect condition when I got here.
    I can say nothing but good about this gentleman and his company
