      My car had an issue so I took it to my usual mechanic with whom I see often over the past 3 years. My mechanic knows my car well and has all of the past history of issues documented. My mechanic worked on my car and told me it needed additional work but the additional work was too expensive so I checked on google for a cheaper mechanic Shop. I found elite and decided to take my car to them. I picked my car up from ******** and took it home for 24 hours and the next day I took it to Elite to have the radiator fixed. I was told by my mechanic that it was the gasket so I was shocked when I took it to elite and they told me it was the radiator because I had no previous radiator issues. I dropped the car to elite on August 5th and I gave them the ok to fix the radiator.. all my windows and doors were working perfectly fine when I gave it to them. I returned today August 12.2022 to pick up my car and they broke my front drivers window!!! I showed up with a cardboard holding the window up and I was told that it wasn't their fault and the window had damage when I dropped it to them. This is a Lie!! All mechanical records from previous visits with my usual mechanic at ******** will show that my car windows were fine!! Elite didn't call me and let me know this or anything they just waited until I showed up and told me it wasn't their fault! They didn't try to rectify the situation or offer help to fix it or take any responsibility!!! They gave me back a car with a broken window and the mechanics of the window are completely broken!!! This is insane and unacceptable! I plan to sue! I'm left with a huge window repair bill when my window was working perfectly fine

      The truck was dropped off with specific detail stating the dashboard display would say sublitrack turned off and power assist steering shut off drive careful. I was told I need new tires".I asked asked him what about the struts?He told me the shock and the strut are the same parts.So I refused to talk to him and was introduced to Chris the "owner".I spoke to Chris and stated, we are new residents in the area and looking for a reliable shop and wanted the entire truck checked out, wanted a list so we could start at the Big problems first and work our way down the list. I receive a call from Elite stating our rack and pinion needed to be replaced and that would fix our problem with an alignment. Chris himself stated my girlfriend has to be safe when she drives her truck so I was sold. After 5 business days i was told to come pick up the truck. I drove from Elite Auto to Discount and the truck turned completely off under an intersection. I took the truck back. I asked Chris to drive it himself. He drove it to a shop bay and discovered the truck was super low on oil (when have you ever taken your vehicle to a mechanic or mechanic shop and they didn't check your fluids!!!) I was told it should be ok now. I proceeded to drive home another 6-7 miles and the truck completely turned off on me at 45mph this time!!!! Now the initial problem we took the truck to Elite to be fixed is worse and shutting down at high speeds not just low speeds. I called and left 2 messages for someone to call me back and heard nothing. As I waited for a call today I took the truck to another shop, they plugged it in right in front of me,told me there is a low voltage problem causing the truck to turn itself off and reset itself. 5 min, $150 battery. Not 5 DAYS $2,200 Yes.. Elite fixed "a" problem on the truck. No... They didn't fix "the" problem the truck was brought in for and didn't return my calls. Therefore they lose my businesses on 3 household cars\trucks.

      Quick response, sorry for the trouble to begin with .. the problems we were supposed to address were loss of power steering, and exhaust leek and would return for many other issues. Were those two issues fixed?? Yes.. we don’t check fluids unless we are asked to or if a problem (such as a motor randomly dying) lead us in a direction to check them. Extremely unlikely a bad battery is goin to cause a vehicle to randomly shut off and then be able to fire right back up and run ok for a period of time. Off subject but a strut is a shock absorber with a spring mounted on it so technically the same thing versus a shock with a spring of some kind mounted next to it. Regardless. We apologize for the dissatisfaction and when the battery does not fix this other problem y’all are having we would be happy to actually figure it out.
