DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. Date of Accident: July 4, 2024 After I called my car insurance company to open a claim for the accident I received a call from ****** from the Old Dixie Collision Center in ********, **. He told me not to tell the deputies on scene that he called me and that they were taking my car to Old Dixie Collision Center. He guaranteed that the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks. Let's just say they had my vehicle for over 4 months. They tried to deliver my car 3 times. The first 2 times I had to send it back because from a glance I knew they didn't finish the vehicle correctly. I'm not a mechanic nor a body shop employee with years under my belt. The 3rd and final time after the tow truck driver left, I realized the car was not riding like it used to. I took my vehicle to the dealer where it was purchased and the tech took pictures of all the damage still under the car. They voided my warranty and claimed the car was a potential danger. They estimated my vehicle needing $12,000+ in repairs. They got paid and did maybe half the work. Nothing on this vehicle was done correctly. They do not return calls or texts and when they do, it's full of attitude (not the good mind). I complained so much that ********************* sent out an adjuster to the shop and it was empty. There are so many things wrong with my vehicle that there isn't enough characters remaining here to list them all. They are scammers and frauds. My sole mission is to do whatever it takes to hold this "business" accountable.

my wife and I had a car accident on 2/24/2024, the same day Old Dixie Collision center picked up the car at the accident location and took it to their place, the car lasted there for 3 months, mostly because we were waiting on the new bumper to arrive, per the collision center, it was on ''National back up'' and it would arrive around May. The car was ready for pick up on 6/18th, my husband and co owner of the car ****************** 2022 pick it up at Colission center location and immediately noticed the Bumper was not new, as it presented some scratches that were noticeable (attached pictures), he immediately reported it to the person in charge- with whom we have been talking to, *********************. She said she didn't know what the mechanics did with the new one, but that we could take the car and that they were going to put the new one another day. On 6/20th the picked up the car since it wasn't assembled as it should and it made noises everytime driven. They return it same day at 11 pm with same noise and an additional noise of the breaks ( everytime we hit the break it will make a shocking noise), we reported the issues ( previous noises, car not assembled properly, no new bumper, DNA not working, multiple codes on dashboard), and they picked up the car again on 06/24, advising that was going to be repaired the issues and put new bumper, car was returned on 06/25 at 1:44 am. when we checked the car, they didn't put the new bumper...again, they left the new one and try to paint it, leaving bubbles on it. DNA still not working, multiple codes on dashboard, we let them know and no response about Bumper, they just advised that the car now needs special calibration to delete codes, and replacement of front camera and bracket and needs to be approved by insurance, that they have sent a 4th supplement to the insurance company to be approved and they are waiting for the insurance. Insurance advise no supplement was sent to them. No further response from colission center.

My vehicle has been sitting at this body shop since 9/2/2022 (yes that's correct!!). I got a call from the shop owner on Monday, 2/26, indicating that they no longer want to fix my car and to have it moved. They were paid $14,000 by my insurance company to do the repairs. They cashed the check, and never even ordered parts!! Now, they are holding my vehicle hostage, stating that they want $55,000 in storage charges, even though THEY are the ones who are not honoring the deal. I need my car released so that it can be repaired by a REPUTABLE shop. Thanks.

Was in an accident on Dec 19th and this guy came up and said he had a tow truck and they would take care of it. I thought the police officer had called them to come and tow us. They sit and troll for accidents. They towed the car to Old Dixie Collision center. They said they would take care of the car for us and deal with the insurance company to. They never called us to let us know whats going at all. Every time I called to ask whats going on they never would tell me whats going on. They kept talking over me and not answer my question, then they would hang up on me. They would tell me the car would be ready one day so I would have to find someone to cover my shift. I would call them because they never would call me. Then they would say its not ready we need to order another part. Then they said itll be ready one this day so I would have to find someone again cover my shift again. They never called again so I called them at the end of the day. They said again that it wasnt done, itll be done on this day. It was never done on the day they kept telling me. When I asked what was going on they would talk over me than they would hang up again on me. They was paid and received the check on the 27th of December but they never ordered the parts to even fix the car until Jan 11th. They always made excuses why the car wasnt done yet. I had to rent a car since I only had one and they kept telling me they had gotten an extension so I would have to take it back. They never called and their wasnt any chance of getting an extension because I was at my limit on it. They would tell me that they called the insurance and things have been taken car of but that was never true because I would call them and they would tell me no one has called them from that body shop. They just keep raising the price of parts just to get more money from the insurance. I told them the insurance will only pay so much and then they are done. The insurance stopped paying them

Old Dixie had been payed in full for parts and services for 6 weeks now. They do not answer their phones, do not return phone calls, have refused to provide us any paper documentation on parts ordered or received. They claim they ordered parts from a local supplier but when I contacted the supplier, the supplier does not know who Old Dixie is and report no orders have been made for a vehicle with my make and model. We feel that they have stolen our money ($14,000) and now they are asking $7800 more more dollars to allow us to remove the vehicle from their property. They avoid phone calls, again, they refuse to give us any sort of documentation, statement, or estimate. When my insurance company called to find out what work has been completed, they told my insurance company that they did not know what work has been completed on the car yet in the same conversation they told the insurance company that we owe them $2200 for work completed. This place has fraudulent and bad business practices and should be investigated immediate. There is an entire lot full of cars that belong to people who probably will never get them back. They are also in multiple OSHA violations and the shop is an unsafe work environment and unsafe for customers. At this point, I want them to fulfill their end of the bargain and order parts that they have already been well-paid for unless they are willing to give us a complete refund for all monies and allow us to take our car and go elsewhere.
