    I moved out of The Preserve June 1 and they have not returned my security deposit. I received a letter on June 13 claiming charges to my security deposit. I emailed to dispute the charges as all but one claim were noted on a move-in inspection form and were previous issues with the apartment. The Preserve told me I could not dispute them, and had to dispute their Central Billing department. The Central Billing department, for the last two weeks, has continuously told me they can't see any charges on my security deposit. The Preserve claims their Central Billing department has confirmed these charges, but I have called three times and each time they say they are unable to see any claims. I have attached my emails with The Preserve and a recorded phone call with Central Billing. Will you please assist me with getting my security deposit back?

    Soy residente del Building 18 Apartamento 105 de la propiedad La Reserva en Lakeland Hills en Lakeland Florida, el dia 10 de noviembre de 2021 en horas de la mañana me acerque a la administracion del Conjunto y me atendio la funcionaria Carmen y la Administradora, ya que el dia 9 de noviembre me llego una carta de color rojo (como alerta) informandome que debia un valor de $544.13 dl y que me acercara si tenia alguna dificultad para pagar este excedente debido a la pandemia COVID 19, sin embargo, quede muy preocupada porque se que esta pandemia ha sido una crisis dificil para todas las personas, pero nunca deje de pagar mi Renta Mensual o aquellos valores como el agua y alcantarillado que vienen facturados en el mismo recibo que me envian a mi correo personal, por esta razon ​este dia 10 de noviembre de 2021 lleve los soportes de Enero a Noviembre del año 2021 de la factura mensual y de los pagos que yo misma realizo hasta 2 o 3 dias antes del (1) primero de cada mes. Expuse mi caso ya que no estoy de acuerdo con este valor y no me supieron decir la razon por la cual este aparecia en mi cuenta. Me informaron que dejara los soportes y que iban a realizar las respectivas correcciones, llamandomen en dias posteriores. Al dia de hoy (1) de diciembre de 2021 con gran sorpresa aun sigue apareciendo este saldo en mi cuenta y tampoco me han llamado o me han dado una respuesta favorable de mi queja hacia este valor. Por lo anterior, pido por favor tener un control exhaustivo de que esta pasando, ya que este dia no fui bien atendida por ningun funcionario de la Administracion del Conjunto y para salir del paso me dijeron que dejara los soportes, los cuales a la fecha no los han revisado y por supuesto tampoco con una respuesta favorable.
