Continued numerous advertising calls daily for florida window and door. I block the numerous numbers used and a new one is used. I live in ******* with a florida area code so the calls come in at 6am and other unacceptable times and multiple times daily for the past several months. This is now abuse that the call so many times. I should receive compensation for the interruptions to my sleep and work.Business Response

Do not trust this company! They will constantly harass you after you have repeatedly told them 5 times not to call again. I told them last time they called if they called me back I would pursue charges for harassment. Yet again they called me today. I warned them yet again if they call me I WILL PRESS charges for harassment. We had an appointment, I tried to cancel because we were not ready, they Representative would not cancel appointment, after 4 times telling him no and he kept on I told him if anyone showed up to my house I would call the police. I must start off by saying that my biggest mistake was not checking this website before I hired Fla. ****************************** This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. From missed commitments and unfulfilled promises to contamination of my home and continued follow-up issues, I feel this process has lacked the professionalism and care the company claims to provide.The salesman told me anything I wanted to hear to make the sale and after months of asking for a sample of one of their windows,which was promised by my salesperson who ,of course is no longer with the company, someone finally came over with glass samples. It was a joke. The entire process was a joke from start to finish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Fla. Window & Door insist its my fault that I got something that I did not want or believe I ordered. I made a decision based on the expertise of my sales person who just never bothered to clarify that information on my contract and Fla. Window & Door says its my own fault that I didnt check. So Im going to just pay them, reluctantly, but legally I must. I would like to keep my complaint on the website for others to see.

We had windows replaced on 5/5/25 by Florida windows and doors. It was during this installation we noticed and made on site employees aware of tile work that was damaged during a windows replacement in guest bathroom shower. There are several places where the grout is cracked. On this day a person whom introduced himself as the job ******* stopped in and we showed him the damage as well. He proceeded to take pictures and told us that someone would be in contact with us shortly to correct this damage. That was on 5/5/25. I am rejecting this response because: this was damage that was done when they removed a shower window and damaged the tile in that shower. The project manager took pictures and indicated to us that someone would be in contact with us. We have had no calls or emails returned. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that we've paid several thousands of dollars.

I recently had impact windows put I. My condo. I was having Florida Window and Door come out and invited a friend over to meet with the sales person. She decided to purchase the windows also and the sales person put me down for a referral. It shows on my Florida Windows and door app that I referred her on 6/14/24 She has since had her windows installed and the referral still shows as unverified. I have called at least a dozen times and ******** from their office has contacted corporate numerous times. I was supposed to get a call back from a ***** in the referral **** for months now. No call, no referral. Still shows as unverified on my app. This is an absolute fraud. They say what a great referral program they have but totally ignore it until I guess they hope you give up and go away. Makes me concerned that my windows are not what they say. I can forward my FW&D app showing the referral and a letter from the woman who I referred. I am also told the sales person no longer works for them. Her name is ***** ******. I contacted Florida Window and Door and their representative ******** did everything she could do to help me. She was contacting the referral department herself and was shocked I was not getting a call back over and over again. The workmanship is shabby, glass left on ground, work not completed and wrong parts ordered on SEVERAL occassions. Need inside s**** cover moilding missing on front door when istalled, missing for 8 months. Pictures sent, molding taken as example, and still not ordered correctly after four appointments.Window frame damaged by employee on repair of window, company has not installed and company has not ordered replacement that our warranty guarantees, so far as we have know about. When I initially purchased the windows, I was working with a salesman named ****** *******. He assured me that the installation would be done from the inside and that there would be no damage to the exterior of my house. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with my purchase. However, when Florida Window and doors came to the do the install, I learned that my screens had to be torn, and my shutters had to be removed in order to complete the job. Neither of these issues was communicated to me beforehand.I paid ****** to install 11 windows. Well they only installed 10. They said one window came in with the wrong size. I then asked for a refund on the window but they have not responded. I traded email correspondence with their accountant ********. She assured me that the director ****** would call me. He never did even though he told her he left a message for me. When I finally spoke to ****** he assured me he would make it right and call me next week. After many ignored text and calls, I gave up trying to contact ******. We are now in February and I do not have a refund for my window that I paid for that was never installed. Also I gave Florida Windows and Doors an invoice for repairing my screens and replacing my shutters. I feel they should be responsible for these repairs since they caused them. They have not paid for this either.The company has not tried to resolve the problem or make anything right. The salesman lied to me and they still owe me a refund for a window and for fixing what they broke.Business Response

The customer had been advised that there was significant wood rot which is outside the scope of the contract and does not allow installation of the product per code. The customer advised us that this would be repaired in a timely manner but we never heard from the customer. Due to the lack of response the customer was turned over to our attorney for collection.
Once the wood rot is repaired we stand willing and able to complete the installation process.

We are ready willing and able to install however the customer has extensive wood damage which is outside the scope of the contract. The customer advised us they would repair wood but never did as a result it has been turned over to our collection department. I am rejecting this response because there is not an issue with the wood in the front of the house. The front windows should have been installed. The windows in the rear of the house shouldn't have been sold to us if they were not able to install them. There was never any mention of an issue prior to them arriving for instalation. Salesman was very aware that this was a ********** ***** through My Safe Florida Home and there were no other funds available.

The company I contracted for the windows in my home property wasn't receive the product that was supposed to be placed. Exp: The windows that in the contract were ordered in were 80x80 and they placed the windows in my house 60x80, so the inspector from the city came to check my windows and he came 2 times, so the first time he came and checked out the windows and then he failed the inspection saying that they were giving me the wrong size windows and to complain to the company telling them that they are not giving me the product I was going to pay for, and then the second time he game again for the inspection and passed the inspection even though my windows weren't the size I set the contract for. So I'm complaining about how the company is not giving me the product that was set for the contract and I'm also complaining about how the inspector passed the inspection even though I didn't receive what I contracted for.Business Response
