    Good day to everyone,This is a third complaint against J&M company that built our house in 2023 with some defects that must be fixed ONLY by the original installer. The defects are:1. Improper installation and sealing AHU HVAC unit that is leaking by air and water 2. Improper installation of impact windows that are leaking water and also not sealed We did sent an official email to the builder aka J&M, personal *************************** with active license number **********,- asking him to reveal a contractor contact who inaccurately installed our impacts windows and doors so we can work with them to fix an issue. We have not received a reply from ****** on our request,- so we assumed that company J&M will help us to fix windows issue but we haven't heard a plan on how will they do it and will they do it. We have also reached out to the original HVAC installer and J&M who hired them to install our HVAC system for them to come back and fix the defect. They have dispatched twice to identify the issue but would not properly fix it. We have not received any responses on when and if they will actually fix it. There are other minors defects that we are NOT claiming at the moment,- as well as breach of a contact that we signed prior purchasing that house - promising a builder to fix tiles floors gaps and uneven tile placement. We hope that builder will address listed above major defects and that would satisfy us in full.We are asking BBB for assistance to deliver this message to the builder aka J&M.     Good afternoon,

    it was decided to close complaint against builder as builder agreed to fix patio door leak, we will address our other issues with an HVAC subcontractor. Please share our withdrawal with a builder.

    J&M Contractor aka J&M roofing owned by a same owner with General Contractor license # **********, refuses to provide house warranty repairs and fixes. They are signed a warranty and do not provide ANY services. *****************************, who we worked earlier, are ignoring our text, calls. He came with his crew once, and caused us a property damage that potentially are causing a public risk of being electrified by leaving a hot wires in the open ground and flooded them. A resolution would be for him to fulfill fully warranty requests that we ask. Also he must came back and fix the ground wiring that he caused.This is second Complaint opened against this business. The first one was closed upon ***************************** request as he promised us to fulfill the warranty. Its been 4 months since than and he didn't do so, so we are opening a new one. I have attached warranty that obligates company above to service a warranty request up to a year. Attached a property damage that cause by ***************************** Crew.
