I purchased a battery on September 23, 2023 it was a 12 V 35AH LEAD battery for my lawn mower. on the date of purchase, they assured me that there was a 12 month warranty on the battery. The battery has been dead for a while now I finally had an opportunity to bring it in today. When I went into the store today, I was told that they would not warranty the battery that was still under warranty. I asked him if there was a warranty on the battery and he said yes there is a year warranty and I said what is the problem? He stated that I did not maintain the battery correctly. And was not going to warranty my battery that I need for tomorrow to work.. **** was the representative that I spoke to at the store on *********************************************** I feel bamboozled as though Ive been lied to, and the store will not hold up to their end of the bargain and their warranty that they offer their customers. I appreciate your help on this issue. If you need any other information, please feel free to reach out. I do have a copy of the receipt from original purchase date.
