My father, a 70 year old veteran called this company on 3/23/24. They gave him a quote over the phone, a very pushy salesman making it sound like they will pack, load, unload and unpack my parents for their move from ** to ** for $2,100.00. My dad paid a deposit of $650.00. Then the company was difficult to get a hold of during the month. The move was for 4/25/24 and my father didn't hear from them until 4/23/24. Found out they are not packing my parents and they also wanted more money. Now the total cost for a move was going to be $3,999.97. My dad gave them another $1,000. He scrambled to pack, which was very difficult in his health. I had no way to get up there in time from **************. When the moving truck arrived on 4/26/24 they only took half of their items because the driver told them he only had 8ft of the truck to load and if they wanted 2 more feet, they had to pay another $1,300.00, this company rushed my parents to get this sale and then didn't explain anything. They took advantage of someone who hasn't moved in 40 years and the last time was with the military and they took care of everything. I had to rent a box truck and drive up there the next day to get the rest of their stuff. it is now a week later, and they still have not gotten their things delivered her in **, they have an empty house with no furniture. I called three times today 5/2/24 I have not gotten anywhere with them. They are scam artist! I want them to get their money back and their belongings.
