  Guys were awesome Moved my things but damaged a love seat and didnt put a bed together correctly. No response from local office after multiple emails and a claim. Wont be recommending this company.

  Terrible customer service!!! They had such great reviews and service on the front end, were prompt in contacting me after my initial inquiry, and encouraged me to make a $49 deposit to hold an appointment that was fully refundable but never mentioned that it had to be cancelled within five days nor was it writing on the receipt I was sent. I cancelled two days before my move and was told about their policy after I didn't receive it. Do not give them money to hold an appointment. If they want your business they will fit you in. This is a total scam!!!

  We notify all customers in writing of our cancellation policy. The reason for this is that moving services are similar to seats on an airplane, if the cancellation happens too close we have no way of filling the truck with another customer losing an entire day of revenue and work for the crew.

  Well, I wish I could say this was a positive experience because College Hunk Movers is all about creating stress-free moves. But that would be a lie. I had a move set up, and then the night before the move at 8:30 PM, I got a text saying they can't make the move that started at 8 AM the next morning that I'd already paid for and confirmed the time slot for. It was a complete mess, and the person who handled it did so amazingly poorly. Essentially, he said we screwed up and took a reservation when we shouldn't have. So my answer is going to be, I'm going to take my problem as a manager and turn it into your problem as a customer, which is about as dead wrong as you can be in the customer service space. If you have a chance to go with somebody else in the future, I would really want to consider that because the *********, ******, who was the operations manager for *****************, had zero sense of customer service and zero sense of professional corporate commitment. The funny thing was I found another service, and I ended up getting it for $200 less than these guys were going to charge. So save yourself the time, save yourself the hassle, pick a more professional company.

  The client booked the move at 6:00PM. As soon as the information was transmitted to the local office,(Only two hours after the booking) we notified you immediately,  We did not cancel his move, we asked that we could do it as promised with a later arrival. The customer chose to cancel the booking and was refunded his prepayment.

  College Hunks is a spectacular company! We have used them on 3 occasions to move within Broward County. They are timely, professional, and super efficient. If you can request Chris and James - they are an awesome two man team. Highly recommend the company, 5 stars all around!!!

  We used college hunks today and ******* and ****** were fantastic. They both worked so hard in 99 degree weather and helped us immensely moving all our belongings from our old house to our new house. They took the big television and handled it with care. We filled the entire 18 wheel truck and they arranged the truck so they could fit more. ******* and ****** set up our new house with care. ******* and ****** made our empty new house a home filled with all our furniture and the entire contents of our old house. ******* and ****** worked tirelessly to do a fantastic job. I highly recommend College Hunks Hauling Junk and Movers.

  My experience with College HUNKS movers was superb. I only had a few pieces of furniture to move. College HUNKS pricing wasn't much more than if I moved the furniture myself, the furniture was safer on their truck, and it saved me almost 6 hours of driving that I spent working on something else that was needed. ********** went out of their way to see that the furniture was placed where I wanted it and they even helped me straighten a rug that had gotten lumpy. I will use College HUNKS again if needed and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

  Typical bait and switch. The price estimate on the website said it was going to be approx. $89 dollars. This was for picking up a medium sized fridge which was no longer needed. I drove 45 minutes to meet the guys for the the pickup, they were early and very friendly. The price however is now $189! The sheet with the prices that the driver had were different than on the website. Be aware, if you use this service you will probably pay twice as much as you thought would be the price. In my case, I had no choice other than to accept the NEW price. If it had been at my primary residence I would never had accepted this price switch and sent them away, but I took 1.5 hrs out of my day to get this done and didn't have time to do it all again.

  The 89 dollar price is a starting point for a minimum pickup there are also a half and full truck price on the website. It is industry standard to list the prices this way and give an exact quote when on site. We always give a no obligation on site price. We are sorry you were confused by the pricing structure, but again, every company in our industry has the same process.

  I hired them to move me, when they left I couldn't locate a certain box, it wasn't there. We saw the box in the cab of the truck, they drove off with it. I also paid them $50 to remove 2 boxes, they stuck the boxes in another room and left. I realized all of this within 5 minutes of them leaving, called the personal phone of the mover and the moving company, they wouldn't answer my calls. I left a message asking them to come back. No response. Six days later and I still haven't heard from them. Btw...the contents of the box was worth apx $600.

  This is a claim that has been processed. The box in question was packed by you and contained liquor. For anyone reading this, movers cannot take flammable liquids. The *** does not allow this. As you know the box was dropped and all the liquid inside broke. It never should have been given to us to move.
