Negative star if I could. This company was contracted back in May of ********************************** our backyard. The day installation was complete we reported a very visible seam that we were told would go away after a few weeks and to give it time. We gave it more than a few weeks and reported back there was still a problem, the company still kept postponing it but after being persistent they eventually came out in October 2023 to make the repair. Upon inspection we reported back to them that they actually made the seam much worse. Supposedly the owner by the name of ***** came out to inspect and agreed the ******************* was much worse and that he would have to consult with other representatives in the industry for a solution and requested that we give him until after the holidays to come back to repair. We agreed and contacted ***** back in February to see what resolution he came up with and when this would be rectified, his response was he was ordering wider materials to fix the problem but was just waiting for the materials to arrive in about 2 weeks, we followed back up with 3 weeks later just to be told he was still waiting for materials to arrive that week. I called back a week later to be told materials arrived but due to his busy schedule he would not be able to ************** for about 2 weeks, we let 2 weeks go by and followed up with a phone call again and I was told the same thing (materials were received but due to a busy schedule it would be about 2 weeks before he could arrive). It's been a total of 5 weeks now and ***** has become unresponsive to our phone calls or texts. We either want the turf repaired properly or reimbursed money in order to have this repaired properly by another company. Obviously they don't stand behind their warranty.
