  Couldnt have asked for better. Priced right, all numbers up front, no surprises.Showed up always as promised. Self inspected all work to make sure it was done right, cleaned up and was done on time. I will certainly be using them again!Work done-tile roof replacement, windows and door.

  We had a bit of a mixed experience with Garabar. The salesman, ***** *****, was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining how the new roof would be installed, and the benefits of the *** Warranty. Scheduling was a bit challenging. They had called to ask if our community was ok with them working on Good Friday, and I confirmed that they were. So we were prepared for them to arrive that day, and no one showed, and no one was available via phone. I called *****, who was always prompt at returning calls, and he explained that they were just checking to see whether or not they should take the holiday or not, and decided that they were going to. When the work did begin, the workers were pretty quick to get the old roof off and get the water barrier installed. My issue is that while their contract does indeed call out the potential for Unforeseen Items as needed, and even states that it could be a large additional amount if the structure has a lot of decay, we were not prepared for the high amount of the ensuing bill. During the installation, we noticed a LOT of plywood and facia being replaced, even though some of the facia had already been replaced during a recent renovation. When we got the Unforeseen Items Invoice that added up to a 15% increase to the total job, we were very displeased. It took a week and a half to get a call back and have a conversation with management regarding our displeasure. While it is true that the salesperson cannot see under the existing shingles, they should be much more transparent on the potential additional costs. Sure, they don't know what it will be, but making it real with a range of percentage or cost increase would be prudent.When everything was completed, ******* ****** in the office was excellent at returning calls for final paperwork and documentation.Garabar did a good job on the workmanship, however in retrospect, we ended up spending a lot more than any of our neighbors have for roof replacements.

  We just got our roof done last week and it looks great. Garabar was recommended by our neighbor down the street because of their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them as well! Theyve been in ******** for a very long time and thats important. Theyve earned their great reputation. ***** earned our trust on day one, ******* kept us updated daily, and ****** made sure the finishing touches were completed. ***** checked in to oversee things too. Theyve got a complete team! Very impressive.

  It is a pleasure to deal with associates of Garabar, Inc. When contacted regarding an issue, ******* and ***** were able to have workers onsite within hours, on the same day. The office staff and the onsite workers were courteous, professional and understanding. They did a great job in resolving the problem.

  Garabar Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. I dreaded the idea of having my roof replaced based on what Ive seen happen to friends, family and neighbors, however, I watched Garabar replace a nearby neighbors roof and was impressed with the project timeline and cleanliness of the property throughout the project. I enjoyed working with ***** ****** on the initial contract and he was available throughout the project to help with any questions. There was great communication and prompt customer service from ******* ******. The onsite working crew was incredible. The property was carefully protected during the work and the clean up was amazing. It was fast and efficient and ******* kept me in the loop on every step. This was truly a great experience!

  June 2025. Replaced tile roof on an attached villa, installed hurricane proof sola tubes & replaced gutters.Phenomenal company! Made me feel like I was a VIP . All my requests were respectfully and swiftly addressed. My property was left spotless every time. I was completely informed of when the workers would arrive and what theyd be doing. Wish I could give them 20 stars!!! Shout out to the owner, ******** ****** ****** Paco , **** and everyone else who stayed by my side throughout this project.

  Great experience with this roofing company! They were professional, efficient, and had a large crew that finished the job faster than my neighbors roofer who started a month earlier. I chose them for their fair pricing and strong reputation. ****, the project manager, kept me updated daily. Very happy with the resultsdefinitely a smart choice!

I'm grateful for having people who took care of me and my needs in such a profesional and kind manner, always with the best disposition to help and to answer all my questions.
