Thank you for reaching out. I know you are frustrated and angry about the cancellation of your sale. We are sorry your feelings are hurt.
Your property initially met our criteria for an offer, but after further due diligence, we could not make the purchase. Upon discovery of a transfer fee, high holding costs for HOA, and costs for a PERC test without. a clear "YES" for installing a septic system, our investors decided to back out of the deal. This often takes a bit of time. complete.
We operated within the structure of our agreement and wanted to complete the purchase quickly. But unfortunately, due to these findings during our due diligence phase, we let you out of your agreement. You are free to sell your property to anyone.
