"I have had my home since 2020 and I have nothing but terrible experiences with them I can never get a straight answer from anyone I’ve had a lost mitigation application open for over a year I have the approval letter but the money was never applied to my account I can’t even tell you the status of my home because each person I talk to gives me a different answer I feel completely defeated dealing with them so much so I’m almost willing to walk away from my home my next step is reporting them to news channels I ask to talk with supervisors I get told I can’t do that that they will send and email and I’ll get a call in 3-5 business days guess what they never do ohh and they tell me they will send escalated emails and to call back to see what the response is they never have one and each person has the same response of we don’t see that you’ve called I have phone records showing 255 calls in one year that was me simply trying to figure out what is going on with my loan"
