  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Starlight Homes, specifically with their salesperson, ******. She misled us throughout the entire process and sold us the WRONG lot! We trusted her guidance, but her lack of attention to detail and professionalism left us in a frustrating situation. We now have a home on a lot we did not choose, and Starlight Homes has done nothing to resolve the issue.The communication was poor, and any attempt to fix the mistake was met with excuses and unhelpful responses. If you're considering buying with Starlight Homes, I would highly recommend double-checking everything and not relying on their sales team to get things right.This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Starlight Homes or working with ****** to anyone. Buyer beware!

  I purchased my home 2023 August of last year and since have realized it was the worst mistake of my life! I have found multiple issues within my new construction home and after reporting issues with warranty department via multiple emails and phone calls it took approximately 5 -6 months for me to get a response. And when I finally got a response, they sent a guy out that appeared to b incapable of doing the job. Upon arrival he did not have the proper tools to complete the job but tried to do it anyway and almost caused a greater issue upon falling off ladder. He then stated that he would b back tomorrow in which I kind of knew that was a lie. But anyway I waited and he never showed up. A few days later I then received an email stating the issues was resolved in which they weren't. I then notified them again stating that the issues were not complete and of course again, no response. I realized Starlight homes are building these homes very quickly and improperly with cheap labor and material in order to capitalize upon the very high housing market, and that is primarily the reason for the excess of claims that are being reported that they can't resolve and refuse to resolve. I would not advise any1 to purchase from them unless you want a multitude of problems that u wud have to resolve yourself! Stay far away if u no whats good for u!

  I’d give them zero if I could. This was the classic bait and switch. First we were quoted a different interest rate but when we went to sign it changed. Then they put us in our first home. This was all good but they we found out that due to a previous bankruptcy the time period had not passed yet. This was a straight up lie. So they moved us to another home with a different completion date. Since it was further out we could lock in our interest rate And in the end would end up with a two point increase. Now we were at their mercy. Next those said they was putting us in a bigger lot that the first home as a we are hooking you up moment. It turns out the lot was smaller not bigger. Then our updates came and there were lies as to what got done. There was literally cut and paste emails as to updates. This when on and on. It got to the point that we wanted to just get out of the house due to all of these lies and go with a different builder. Here’s the good part in order to go under contract on our new house which took 17 days to close start to
  Finish it also was in the closing timeframe during the time they told us that due to fha loan we didn’t meet the minimum time limit for the discharge date. Funny thing is we did and we closed on the other house. The only way to buy the other house was to give up our interest in the other house which they said sure but you have to
  Sign this we are keeping your 5k deposit. Also they say in the paper for a few days so we couldn’t move on with the new house until they turned that paper in. The only reason we ended up going with another was all of the lies that were told to us day after day week after week. We started the process around December 22 and backed out around march. They take your money and you are at their mercy. This is not right. It was one giant lie from day one. This was starlight homes in the hidden creek subdivision in Zephyrhills Florida. The salesman was Matt.

  I would never se d some one to buy with starlight home they took my money the day I went to see the houses all they talk it was they can do anything with a 5000 deposit and there were no block or grass cut down the lot were not even available I’m out of cualificación and they send me and email and it looks like the created that that they will keep my deposit I have 4 kids a wife and right now things are getting worse and velocity landing told me I’m out of cualificación and they are keeping my deposit I will like
  Some Help to get my money back no one answer you try call office our corporate no one pick up a single phone call before they call you and answer the phone in 1 second don’t buy don’t give them deposits they give you the run around to keep the deposit

  I spoke to them a long time ago they say i won’t recive my 5,000 down payment because the time have pass but in the other hand they say if you don qualify you get you money back so I don’t qualified and now if I don’t buy a house with starlight homes in 6 moths I will lose my down payment so they are forcing you to buy with them worse thing I ever did you go in there they tell you you need to get your lot secure before no application our anything so they just taking ppls money really sad bad for the ppl and around this time I have 4 kids so taking ppls money out a family money just like that it’s bad they say the a to help bue at the end just took my money
