5 starsI worked with *********************** and she was fantastic. We booked a Princess ****** cruise and she was incredibly helpful and patient, helping me select the cruise and explaining all of the options. Unfortunetly, we had to cancel 5 days before the cruise due to medical issues. We didn't purchase insurance thru ****** and chose a different company to insure the trip. She not only helped to quickly cancel so the excursion credits would go back to my CC, but also provided all of the needed documentation for our refund. I will definetly work with her again!Cruises It

5 starsWe found Jackie ******* name from the review posted below, and she was INCREDIBLE to work with! We had actually booked our cruise directly through ********, saw a ******* video from this Agency that they could switch the booking to their agency and save us money. We already had an amazing Black Friday rate through ********, and she was still able to save us a few hundred $’s! Then she was able to book us a hotel room for the night before we left and the night after the cruise ended and she saved us money there, too. Most importantly she was the consummate professional, clearly knows what she’s doing and does it very well, and she’s just so nice to work with. We will be using Jackie for all our future trips!Cruises It

5 starsWas very Happy with my experience. They were able to beat the cyber Monday deals I found online by $100 and threw in a 25$ ship credit. The agent also was very knowledgeable on cabin locations and helped me avoid a mistake there. Lastly he was able to put me in a 5+ room for no extra charge. Very pleased will work with them for all cruises in the future!Cruises It

1 starOur agent is awful. No communication and doesn’t respond to calls or emails. Saw a deal for a balcony but by the time he called us back the price had gone up. They aren’t agents, they just book. I was expecting a service that was responsive and looked out for me. I would have been better off going direct. They also don’t have any specials or additional benefits beyond what the cruise lines offer. Saw a YouTube video promoting best prices and inside deals. Ya, no.Cruises It

am very sorry to hear that you feel this way, I reached out to your agent in regards to this and he provided me the several quotes that he gave you on different sail dates and well as different cruise lines. Each time you were not ready to make the change.
You then spoke to our customer service department who also assisted in pricing you out and transferred you to another sales agent to finalize and you again were not ready to make the change due to pricing being too high. We cannot not control when the cruise lines raise prices. This can happen in an instant. I have several emails, recorded calls, and notes on your booking logging the dates and times that you were quoted on multiple ship/sail dates. I do also see that you were provided a discount applied to your booking making our price lower than the cruise line as promised. If you would like to speak further about this matter, please feel free to reach out to the 800# that you have and ask to speak to management.
We take customer service very seriously and do everything we can to provide the lowest prices possible. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the Cruise lines as they increase rates at their discretion.

5 starsThis review is for the excellent customer service I received when booking my trip to Fiji through Jackie Ortiz. I have not gone on the trip yet but I will write another review after. I usually book my trips through ****** but all options were sold out through ******. My friend referred me to the most delightful and helpful travel agent named Jackie. I booked this trip kinda late but Jackie was still able to find me what seems to be a beautiful vacation package within my budget. She spent a couple hours on the phone with me and patiently answered all my questions and covered all the bases and discussed all my options. I really hope she gets to go on vacation herself. She deserves it after putting up with me and my indecisive personality lol. I would recommend her to everyone. ...and I would recommend that the company gives her a free dream vacation in Tahiti or Fiji in one of those over water bungalows haha!! :)

1 starNice people, but ........1) no return calls as promised. 2) Promised to give a better deal than the cruise lines, don't believe the hype, they never could produce a savings in writing, not a good sign. 3) I can never get a hold of someone who knows what they are doing or can truly help you, they seem to be reading off a script.
Thank you God I saw the writing on the wall. Do not transfer your cruise reservation to them they don't do anything to help you save money. I was very optimistic because I love helping small businesses but I hate to say I will never use this company ever, the lack of not being able to perform was enough for me. Buyer beware. Thank God I listened to my wife to just go back to dealing direct with the Cruise lines, at least you have eliminated the lazy middleman.
By the way if anything goes wrong you are not finger pointing. Had high hopes but they fell very short of my expectations. Sorry to be so negative but they gave me nothing to work with. Runnnnnn away and save yourself some grief, I know I did.Cruises It

I am the Director of Operations here at Cruises It and I have reviewed all of our recorded calls that you had with our agency to be sure I completely understood what happened and to move forward accordingly.
I am very sorry you feel that you were misled in any way. After reviewing all call history, in your initial call with our agent, you expressed your extreme frustration with Royal Caribbean due to them not offering you any extra perks for your upcoming birthday, which prompted your call to our agency.
You advised that you were already booked directly with Royal Caribbean and were looking for extra savings. Our agency handles transfers daily and the agent asked as many questions as she could to be able to give you the exact discount. Unfortunately, the information you gave the agent was a mixture of additional items purchased such as dining and beverage packages. There was no clear total given to the agency on what the cabin total was that you booked through the Cruise line. Without this information our agent could not provide a specific discount amount.
The agent clearly stated that regardless of the cabin total, our agency would apply a discount if you decided to transfer.
You verbally agreed to the transfer and the form was submitted. You then called back our customer service department the next day stating you could see that the transfer was completed, and you were looking to speak to your agent but would be unavailable by phone for the following 2 days and email would be best.
The name that you gave our customer service representative was incorrect and your information was given to that agent and she was out of the office at that time.
Royal Caribbean always advises that transfers can take 5-7 business days. The transfer was submitted on 3/19. Our agency was not informed of the completion on the 20th as you were. Unfortunately, we cannot control this.
Before we received notification from Royal Caribbean that the transfer was complete, you had then submitted this review.
Our agency would have 100% applied a discount to your transferred booking but we were advised that you, the guest, requested the booking be transferred back to the Cruise line before we even received notification that it was complete.
We take Customer service very seriously here and we did everything thing we could to transfer your booking and save you money but before we were given a chance to do that, you made the decision to stop the process.
We hope that your experience with Royal Caribbean gets better than what stated in the call, and I hope you have a great time on your upcoming cruise.
