      I have been a Del-Air customer for about two years and have had a positive experience with our HVAC technician, *****. He is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Recently, Del-Air expanded into electrical services, and during my routine HVAC checkup, ***** brought along an electrician. I was told an electrical inspection would be included.I mentioned that a breaker occasionally tripped (once every 23 months) when using both my espresso machine and toaster oven. After spending hours investigating, the electrician said I needed new breakers and quoted me around $1,250. I knew this was highly inflated as someone who has run a business for over 26 years. The cost should be $50$75 each. I declined and asked them to reinstall the originals.After they reinstalled the breakers, they no longer worked properly and tripped immediately. The electrician claimed they were bad. I reminded him that they functioned fine before, aside from rare overload trips. Still, he continued fixing the issue with no improvement. Then I discovered several parts of my home no longer had power. They installed three junk breakers at no charge, but afterward, lights in my house began blinking on and off.I called Del-Air and was told, We tried to fix the issue, but you refused the repair. After being transferred multiple times, I reached an administrator named ****. She was dismissive and rude, not listening as I tried to explain the real issue. I requested a different electrician. She told me that only one electrician services the West Coast of *******, the same electrician.She said shed escalate the matter and follow up. I waited a week before calling again. **** was more pleasant this time, but also frustrated that no one had gotten back to me. She assured me they would call. Its now been five more business days, and Im still waiting.Del-Air's customer service has been incredibly disappointing, and their pricing is outrageous. I expected far more from a company I trusted.

      Wish I Had Read the Reviews First I regret hiring **** Air Conditioning in **********. From the receptionist to the technician, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. It makes me wonder if the company is going through poor management, because when employees consistently show bad attitudes, it's often a sign of low morale whether due to pressure, poor pay, or both. I would not recommend them based on my experience

      The work the technician did was great and he was very professional. He informed us of the price of the components he replaced, we were charged over $500, later on to find out the parts were under warranty, we called the company and they informed us it was for the labor. We were told two different things and were taken complete advantage of. Over $500 for 10 minutes it took him to replace. Please watch this company, we were always treated good up until they took our money in this matter. Very disappointed! So, what we are saying is they will get money back from the parts that makes them making over $1000. We called another company and they told us we were taken advantage of. ***** was a better company until Del-Air bought them out. BEWARE!!!!!!

      I am very impressed with the technical knowledge of the technicians as well as their level of customer service. My technician team were truly outstanding and I highly recommend Del-Air HVAC for all of your air, heating, plumbing, and electrical needs. **************************. I will definitely call on them in the future if I am in need of their services.

      I scheduled a routine check with Delair in November to ensure my AC was in good condition for the summer. They inspected the entire system, and everything, including the drip pan, passed without issues. However, just three weeks later, I experienced a major leak from the *** which severely damaged my carpetso much so that I had to remove it. I contacted Delair to have the problem corrected, but now theyre claiming that I am responsible for the broken drip pan. My concern is that the drip pan was perfectly fine before they worked on it, and the damage occurred afterwards. Please help me with this situation.

      I had Del Air service my AC system after purchasing a maintenance agreement on three different occasions because the unit was not working properly. I ended up having to call out another ********** because my AC unit was still not functioning properly. After. The new ********** checked my unit they found that my unit was 3 pounds light on Freon. I called Del Air to get an explanation on several occasions and ask for a member of management to call me back and I never received a response. I am very disappointed with them, not responding and with their unprofessional courtesy in this matter.I have used Del Air over the past 15 years at various properties in this area. I would think in this business climate that Del Air would want to have a discussion with a longtime customer about a problem they experienced and show that they are a a company of integrity, that values their customers business and relationship. I would caution anyone from using Del Air to service or repair their AC system.

      We had a brand new hvac unit installed YESTERDAY. The fan will not turn off. We called to get a technician out, had a time slot for 2-4pm. It is currently 7:19pm and zero word from the company or technician. We are at the mercy of this horrible company. $15,000 yesterday and ghosted. Run far away.

      My previous **** vendor sold their business to Del-Air. Just had my A/C maintenance/tuneup completed. Paid for the maintenance plan which gives me two A/C tuneups a year, a plumbing inspection, 15% off repairs, no OT, after-hours or weekend charges and no trip charge with service visits. Basically what my previous vendor offered with the plumbing check added but for less $$ and I don't have to use special A/C filters to get a lower price.Happy that many of the techs from the previous vendor were retained. Also like that they work in pairs. The Comfort Advisor is a great idea which allows the tech to focus on the job while the CA interfaces with the customer and offers the tech a hand when needed.Very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.
