      Shades of Green do not follow there own policies and procedures for cleaning they state that they clean all areas that are considered high touch as well as before and after guests. We used a coffee pot using Dasani water and my son got extremely sick after words we checked the coffee pot and the inside of the coffee pot was filled with dirt and dust. Originally only requested a refund for the two days he was sick and was told they would not do it unless house keeping said they would. House keeping came up and looked at the the coffee pot and immediately replaced it with a "clean" one before security could come up and inspect it. When I told him this happened he said we can't "prove it" even though the hotel has signs that say hidden cameras. We took pictures of the original coffee pot and the "clean" one. After being told they wouldn't comp us for the two out of the eight days we wouldn't be there they would only comp us for the nights remaining. My fiance took the photos along with the policies for sanitation the ** refused to look at it and told us to file it with a lawyer.

      Horrible condition, rooms smell like grey water, outlets don't work, cannot control speed of fans at all. We stayed here in their suite and told them about all of these issues and their toilet was broken, they didn't fix anything nor communicate with me like they said they would, I had to keep going to their front desk to inquire. Their only option was for us to move into separate rooms, which was not possible and the whole reason why we got a suite. Not sure how this was not known to them before our arrival because clearly they had to get the room ready so that means they obviously didn't care about them nor us as their customers. This is such a frustrating situation and upsetting because for the cost of a suite for 5 nights we could have stayed elsewhere. Instead they just said sorry but there is nothing we can do about it. I have stayed here a couple of years ago and let me say that this place has really deteriorated and it's customer service as well. I will make sure to let other service members know about this and to not waste their money here because ****** offers very similar discounts for better accommodations.
