    *** was extremely helpful! Not only was the customer service amazing the quality is just as amazing! I was talked through the whole process with more the one phone call and email. They we extremely willing to share knowledge and resources Guiding me through every step of the process. I was extremely happy with my Santa *****, eyebrows and wig!

    I purchased my first artificial mustache from them several years ago. Recently I was in the middle of filming a project and I realized I would need a replacement (or a back up) mustache. I contacted them on their website and explained the situation. They got right back with me and, true to their word, they shipped another mustache immediately. I received it quickly (I requested standard delivery). The envelope contained my mustache and a hand written note. I have nothing but good things to say about their products and their service.-*******

    The product is nice but the customer service was awful. Sent me the incorrect shipping details multiple times, then was told that I was the problem for ordering on a weekend when I placed my order on Thursday. I also spoke with *** on the phone Thursday when ordered and he said he was shipping it that afternoon and I would receive on Saturday. It wasnt shipped until Saturday when I was supposed to receive the order. I was then told I owed them an apology before they would have any further contact with me. And Im still waiting on my shipping refund.

    This customer is very ungrateful. They are a first time customer. We received his order 3 days before the party he needed it for, rushed the order out ahead of other customers in line, and the owner took the box to the post office and purchased 2 day express delivery. Normally all orders placed after 5pm are delivered to the post office the following day. The post office took 4 days to deliver the customers order. The customer chose to yell, scream, and call us scammers, because it didnt arrive on time and falsely accusing us of sending fake tracking numbers. Even after we should him the number was correct and sent him a copy of the receipt, proving he number was correct and it was shipped 2 day express as promised; he continued to harass us. Even though this clearly was not our fault the post office delivered his package late; and we clearly went above and beyond to assist this customer. Because of his rude harassment, he was blocked from communicating with our customer service team and was told will no longer accept orders from him in the future unless he apologizes for his behavior. We also did give him good advice, next time he wants to order a hand made Santa ***** ***** he should not wait until the last second and try to place a order for next day delivery during the busy Christmas shipping season. We strongly feel this customers review is entirely unfair and is retaliatory in nature because he no longer is allowed to shop at our store unless he apologizes like a mature, decent, and understanding adult would do. His review should not be published for the public to see. We are including a copy of the shipping receipt to provide BBB some proof of our extremely good customer service. Its really unfortunate that a ********************** does not exist, were merchants can leave reviews about customers who behave like bullies and then retaliate, by contacting the BBB in a attempt to hurt a small business from growing. We are absolutely appalled by him. (Unfortunately there isnt a place for us to attach the scanned copy of the receipt, and we would like to send it to the BBB. Please contact us to receive the proof of the receipt)

    I ordered a mustache, ***** and eyebrow santa set from this company September 19th for $175. I have sent multiple emails, calls (no answering machine) and ******** messages. There has been no communication back and my order has not been received. I would like a refund or my order ASAP.

    We have no voice messages from this customer and were surprised they were not able to get a response from our customer service. The staff member responsible will be coached and disciplined for not replying to the customers emails. Its our policy that customers receive a reply within the business day. The company does not use text messages or social media to communicate with customers; and only uses the professional methods of phone call and email to conduct customer relations tasks. This information and a contact form is available on our website. The manager has been instructed to reach out to the customer and provide a status on their order. We apologize that this has happened and surprised; because the staff member responsible has been responding to emails all week as required. We assume this situation was an oversight that the customer wasnt responded to; most likely due to the studio being closed during Hurricane ****** evacuation orders September *****. However, after checking we have no voice mails or missed calls from this customer and only Emailed us three time last week, which we will attend to. Because of the storm activity we hope that the customer will accept our apology and be sympathetic to the staff members failure to respond to their inquiries.
