    My ex husband and I filed bankruptcy 10 years ago and our silver lake timeshare was discharged but the company still sends us bill to date. I have called more than once and filed another complaint with no response.

    Just trying to get the bill for maintenance so I can pay it concerned I will get a penalty if not paid, been trying since Dec 2022 to get them to send me a bill. Really strange they do not reply to numerous emails.
    I am Member ID for Time share ****** I left the USA and presonally went in to them in Jan 2022, to tell them about move and they did not change details obviously, hence no bill had arrived by email or post. When I emailed a man who sold me timeshare as well I was emailed back to say he no longer works there? Recorded message on overseas number said No staff will be there till August?????? All this is very strange. I send another email today.

    Silver Lake Resorts continues to send us invoices after nearly 10 years ago we went through a painstaking bankruptcy. We have called over the years to ask them to stop. They are only mailing via US mail now. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would really appreciate it if they would stop.

    On 07/24/22 my family and I checked into the silver lake resort Orlando. We plan to stay for 5 days.
    We checking in on 07/24/22 and checkout on 07/28/22. We was bill $723.24 for 5 day. We are supposed to be reimbursed $330.81 and have NOT received it. Please reply back with me ASAP. Thank you

    Yes We check-in on July 25 and checking out on 07/28/22. silver lake resort Orlando bill us from 07/25 to 07/29 but we was NOT there on the 07/29/22.

    we have to check out receipt when we checked out and our bank statement will show us coming back to our home town on 07/28/22 getting food and gas.

    My family and i checked in on 9/16/22. We immediately went to our room which was paid as a 2 br villa, "all with a furnished balcony." Ours did not have a balcony they actually have at least a dozen buildings all with visible balcony's. All guests except anyone in building 600 is given that. We only purchased that room for that description as there was a smoker with us. Our building was ALSO the ONLY building with NO elevator which once again was not included in the description. I had a 75 year old disabled woman with me who only went up the stairs when we got there and down to leave. She could not go out with us at all because the stairs were impossible for her to do which caused extreme duress. I went to the desk immediately and asked for some type of accommodation as i explained i only purchased that room for the balcony and had been told wed have elevator access. The employee went and got the manager and the desk manager proceeded to smirk in my face and say no she would not do ANYTHING AT ALL i should just file a compliant. the next day we noticed ants all over our kitchen sink and took photo evidence. No one would work with us literally within an hour of arriving we instantly regretted planning our weekend there. We paid the same amount and were not given the same ammenities as everyone in every other building. The website states ALL multiple times which is false advertisement.
