Based on BBB's investigation no Florida Seller of Travel License can be found for Special VIP Offers or Click Deals Social Media Corp. A review of the company's offer indicates consumers who purchase the package are required to attend a sales presentation at the destination. The company also represents the package as non refundable which violates Florida's Sellers of Travel Act for open dated packages. Under the Act, the company must allow the consumer to cancel without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later.

BBB has notified the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of its concern and is awaiting a reply to the licensing issue.
