Global VIP Get-A-Ways has apparently, taken over My Caribbean Vacation. Global VIP Get-A-Ways contacted me on December 22, 2022 through an email, stating that I had not attempted to reserve a date for traveling with My Caribbean Vacation by this date, and therefore, my money was not refundable, and I could not try to reserve a trip. He said that they had attempted to contact me several times. This is not true. I have no calls with this number, nor other emails from their email address. I had tried many times to contact My Caribbean Vacation, from 2019-2020 with no results, through their website. No information had been given to me that Global VIP Get-A-Ways had taken the business over until the one email I received on 12/22/22. I called the number within the email on 12/29/22. It was the Christmas holiday. I had guests, family and friends, visiting and staying with me from out-of-town, and did not see the email until then. I spoke with a representative of Global VIP Get-A-Ways. When he gave me the above information, I told him I was calling the Better Business Bureau, and he dared me to do it. I want this company to be fair and refund my money to me.
