    We had a wonderful vacation to the *******...our agent ******* ******* handled everything. I have physical limitations and she handled my boarding and deboarding and cabins with courtesy and professionalism.I would highly recommend her to you.

    While on a cruise I reserved a future cruise place holder and specified this Travel Agent as my agent. 2 days later I changed my mind and did not want to use them as my representative. They refused to release the placeholder back to me and now I am forced to let the placeholder expire or use them. That is terrible business, out of principle, I refuse to use them and will let this placeholder expire and will continue to let others know to beware of this company.
