      The *** Kissimmee team is exceptional. The crew that came out did an amazing job on my roof, as well as the inside damage in my laundry room. The Kissimmee team rocks! Highly recommended.

The entire process was quick, efficient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. I truly appreciate Rubens support in making everything smooth and stress-free. The roof looks excellent, and I couldnt be happier with the results!

      Poor customer service. They replaced my roof in 2023. After a big rain I had water spots on my ceiling. I Called on June 8. Called again 9th and 10th. Finally someone answered the phone and sent some to look at it. They said they would have a tech come and reseal and inspect why and how water got in. It is now 5 days later and there had been no contact. No reply to texts or calls. This also was how the company responded when we had the roof replaced. Days and weeks of no contact. We had our original roof 15 years and never had a leak. 2 years with new roof and now I have water spots and no one bothering to care enough to help or even communicate.

      My experience with Best Choice Roofing is a 2. Pro: They found enough roof damage that insurance paid for the replacement. They were the only company out of 6 to help like this.Con: Assignment of benefits - During the quote, they had me sign a paper that assigned my insurance benefits over to them. They said I wouldn't have to do anything, and they would handle everything with the insurance company. The insurance company refused to honor the assignment of benefits, which meant I DID have to do everything, as in handling checks and being the go between with insurance when they wanted more money.Con: Their quote was $3,000 over the lowest quote, but because they took the time to find damage I went with them. It was a moral thing, but I shouldn't have. I suggest that people ask every company to look for damage that insurance should cover.Con: They told me that after the roof is done, they pick up debris and nails. They didn't, and I ended up with a big roofing nail through my sandal and into my foot. I had to get a tetanus shot and limp for a week. They then sent out a man with a magnet who found over 50 roofing nails. There was also debris blocking my stove vent, which stopped the fan. After I called they came out and removed the debris.Con: They quoted $12,500+, and ended up getting $13,500+, PLUS $860 for the decking. Right from the beginning they start a phone/text/email campaign to get the two insurance checks, and now the payment for the decking wood, which was $860. They call every day and leave threatening messages, texts, and emails. I sent them a link regarding harassment and the threats have stopped for now. Note: The other companies said no payment till they were done.Con: They replaced decking, which insurance didn't cover. I had questions about the amount and type of wood on the invoice. I emailed headquarters and got no response. They have ignored the questions, and are putting a lien on the house.

      "We want to clarify several inaccuracies mentioned in your review.
      Firstly, we do not, nor have we ever, utilized an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) agreement. **** are illegal in the state of Florida. As the homeowner filing the insurance claim, it is your responsibility to hire contractors and ensure they are paid appropriately.
      Regarding the cleanup after our work, our team is diligent in maintaining a clean site, and we have each homeowner sign a pre-production checklist that includes acknowledgment of nail and debris removal. We are confident we met our cleanup standards in your case.
      The decking replacement was necessary due to rot, as per Florida Building Department regulations. Rotten decking is a code issue that must be addressed, and it was clearly explained during the contract signing that insurance companies often do not cover wood replacement, leaving that cost to the homeowner. Additionally, our management team came to your property to show you the replaced decking, and we have specific notes and copies of all emails exchanged with you.
      Concerning payment communications, our intent is never to harass or threaten. We reached out to collect the remaining balance, which was unpaid. It would not be advantageous for our company to act in any way but professionally.
      Ultimately, we are proud to have installed a beautiful roof on your property, backed by a five-year labor warranty that we stand behind, as we do with all our clients. We understand you may be dissatisfied, and we respect your feelings; however, some of the points raised were misrepresented."

      Best Choice Roofing (BCR) what can I say:****** stopped by to speak about replacing my roof, I was extremely apprehensive and in the end, glad I went with Best Choice Roofing. ****** was amazing, promptly returning my calls/text messages and giving me status updates. ****** was exceptional, knowledgeable, persistent to helping me, and friendly. The roofing crew was timely, efficient and very clean and completed the job in one day.Im grateful for ****** knocking on my door. . .Thank you ******, Thank you Best Choice Roofing, and Thank you to everyone involved ??

      *** and ******* were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately we were in a tight spot, but they did everything they could and were successful in helping us to finance our roof! Thanks to them I feel much safer under my new roof.

      I'm very satisfied with my new roof which was replaced back in June 2023. Dru was a great help in explaining the process, and for promptly returning my calls and giving me a status update. Everything went as scheduled and my new roof was installed in less than a day. Overall, I would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing. Thank you Dru, and everyone involved!
