      I had surgery in April 2022, which was originally scheduled for earlier in the year. I paid the deductible before the surgery. The surgery was completed. Then months later I get an email from my insurance company, letting me know that there was changes made on my account. I contacted the insurance company immediately and they let me know that celebration orthopedics was submitting a claim, but was submitting the wrong code. That’s why I received the email. I called Celebration orthopedic and told them this, and they have completely ignored what I have been saying.There saying that didn’t happen and I’m wrong. I do not owe an extra $114.42 on top of what I already paid. They submitted the incorrect billing code, and were told this and still haven’t fixed it and now threatening to send me to collections because I am fighting this incorrect billing. I want this rectified immediately I do not owe any extra money to them whatsoever, and even the insurance company said the same exact thing I told celebration of orthopedic this, and they still have refused to contact the insurance company and fix the incorrect code that they entered.

      I do not recommend it.!!! I have received numerous charges in my mail regarding visits I had. It's not the first time I've been wrongly charged. I already called and talked to the billing department who always said that the problem would be solved but nothing has changed and I'm still receiving bills to pay. I am Self Pay and for this reason, I have always paid for all my visits before the appointment. I would also like to know why I have two records. I Have all the receipts and have sent them to the billing email. My visits were on the dates below. 13/09/2021 - Regarding the First Visit - Paid 13/09/2021 - Regarding the injection, I took on the same day as the first visit - Paid 21/09/2021 - Regarding the First Physiotherapy - Paid 29/09/2021 - Regarding the Second Physiotherapy - Paid 29/09/2021 - Regarding the Balance of the First Visit - Paid 04/10/2021 - Regarding the Third Physiotherapy - Paid 11/10/2021 - Regarding Follow-Up - Paid 11/10/2021 - Regarding Injection + Medication - Paid 11/10/2021 - Regarding the Fourth Physiotherapy - Paid 27/10/2021 - Regarding Follow-Up - Paid On the last visit, I mention it to the doctor and he said to me that sometimes the system can make mistakes and did NOTHING about it. After that and because of the overcharges, I decided to stop the treatment at this establishment so as not to run the risk of the charges only increasing.

      We have had conversations with this patient about all of these issues. Unfortunately, our staff is human and make mistakes. Why is talking about 2 accounts is we recently had merged with another EMR system. Again, they are HUMAN.
