Poor customer service by the front office staff especially, Joseph and was also very pushed by a woman worker from the front office, as she was trying to get outside to her security officer husband. In the one week that I lived here. Joseph the General Manager, as he made me rudely aware of his title quickly when I asked for his manager he refused for me to be able to renew my room the following week. Just because I asked who his manager was. They charged me one dollar a roll for TP, it was unclean smelled like smoke housekeeping wouldn't change my towels they told me I had to wash my own, I saw the housekeeper Samuel cussing teenage kids and fighting with women as well. I'm not sure what is really going on at this place but the police stay here hot and heavy and it's just unsafe period. It's un healthy for anyone's mental being or social being it's a drama filled motel. Even allowing a man whom makes pornography videos in the hotel with prior rape and kidnapping charges he still remains on the property which made me uncomfortable I knew about the videos because he offered me money to make one with him and he didn't know me at all this in itself makes me sick!!
