Booked this company for a family vacation 6 months out. Wasn't charged a deposit, was charged full price (a price that had up charges on it different than website.) got two emails stating that service would not be rendered until representative approved it and that I would get a follow up email with actual confirmation. Never received email, called three times and got the same rude representative named "Steve" who told me don't worry about it. Finally read up on reviews and all of them stated to stay away from this company because either they no call/no show or if they arrive, it's late with a filthy car. Being that I have my young children and parents going, I called to cancel and was told they'll cancel it but they keep the money because I didn't cancel within 72 hours. Meanwhile their website says nothing of the kind, in fact they state they "keep the deposit" if it's cancelled earlier than 72 hours from time of pickup. I knew things seemed weird when the three times I called "Steve" it basically sounded like he was home as his entire family was in the background. I am disputing this with my card company but this business needs thorough investigation and this guy in my opinion is at the very least a sheister but more than likely conducting criminal activity by bait and switching and stealing peoples money
