    I am writing to formally demand a refund of my tuition/loan amount due to your failure to provide the training outlined in our contract and your submission of inaccurate and possibly falsified account statements. I enrolled at Buiqui flight school and entered into an agreement that outlined specific training milestones, resources, and instruction hours. However, my experience at your institution has not aligned with the promised services. Specifically: 1. **Failure to Provide Proper Training:** The training I received was inconsistent with the curriculum and expectations set forth in our contract. This includes [list specific issues, such as lack of flight hours, inadequate instructor availability, or poor-quality instruction]. 2. **Doctored Account Statements:** I was provided with account statements that do not accurately reflect my payments, training progress, or loan disbursement details. Upon review, discrepancies suggest that financial records may have been manipulated or misrepresented. 3. **Breach of Contract:** Due to the above issues, I have not received the services I paid for, constituting a violation of our agreement. As such, I am entitled to a full refund of the funds paid. I have attempted to resolve this matter amicably by mention previous attempts to contact them, such as emails or phone calls, yet no resolution.

    Buiqui Aerospace Corp. acknowledges that Mr. ******** enrolled in our Professional Pilot Program and secured a student loan from Meritize for $68,000. It is correct that Mr. ******** completed the flight training program. We assert that Mr. ******** received all training services commensurate with the funds available through his loan and, in fact, obtained more licenses and certifications than the average student in our program.


    Subsequent to his training, Mr. ******** was employed by Buiqui Aerospace Corp. as a Certified Flight Instructor and later held the position of Chief Pilot at our *********** location. During his employment, a professional and respectful relationship was maintained, and no formal complaints or concerns were raised by Mr. ******** regarding his training or financial account. To the contrary, Mr. ******** provided testimonials regarding his positive experiences with our institution and voluntarily participated in marketing initiatives.


    Therefore, we were surprised and disappointed to receive Mr. ********'s complaint. Buiqui Aerospace Corp. denies the allegations of misrepresented account statements or training deficiencies. All training and financial documentation were accurately maintained and were accessible to Mr. ********.


    For the avoidance of doubt, Mr. ******** received the training agreed upon and funded by his loan. Under the terms of our agreement, no refund is warranted, and no refund will be issued. It is our belief that this dispute arises from a change in Mr. ********'s personal circumstances and does not reflect any failure on the part of Buiqui Aerospace Corp. to fulfill its contractual obligations.


    Buiqui Aerospace Corp. is prepared to provide any further documentation that the BBB may require to substantiate our position.
