            On Feb 2, 2024 I reached out to this company for the 4th time about an ongoing issue with the fence they installed. Their posts keep breaking without a storm or any real obvious reason. I had a friend who works with the city take a look at the fence to see what was the underlying issue. Only to be told that all the posts placed in ground are hollow so with nothing inside they will all snap and break. I informed the company of the findings and requested someone come out to fix it. The person they placed to talk to me does not understand ************* have been getting the run around, lying about coming to my house and seeing a perfect fence and it goes on and on... meanwhile I may have to get another company to repair and replace the affected posts. Apparently the company now Fence Outlet of Florida was J&C fence before and has been doing bad business for a very long time. I did not know this prior and the public needs to know. I'm a windowed single mother and it hurts our family to have to find additional money to redo our fence that we spent thousands of dollars to put up. Please help us

            This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with here is the unfiltered conversation I had with this company: Me: I will be leaving a review on how poor your service was. Can you please send me am invoice so I can take care of it. Fence company: you can do what you want with the comments, unlike you we have many people happy with our work. you have to pay 1300$ I remind you that you have signed a contract thank you. Me: Is that why you have a 1.5 star review? Fence company: Yessssss Listen I don't care your opinion ok thnks. Stay away from this company....
