    My family/friends and I rent boats often and although the boat was beautiful, clean, and perfect size. The Captain and his assistance, mainly the assistant, made the trip excessively controlled and attempted to steal from us. The birthday girl had a ***** bank envelope she used to pay our balance for the boat and the jet ski. The rest of the money was left in the envelop, in her purse with the rest of our belongings. We were micro-managed the entire trip. We had to advise the assistant that we would make our own plates, but she continued to make our drinks although we advised her that we would like to do it ourselves. No biggie. The main issue was the stealing of our money for our return transportation back home. Luckily, one of our people on the boat is a BSO employee and was very ***** and clear that we KNEW they had the money and they needed to return it immediately. The Captain, *********************** and his assistance spoke to each other in Spanish, denied and denied until *********************** told the woman to "go get it." This was disgustingly unbelievable and unprofessional. The audacity to steal from paying customers after semi giving us an overcontrolled and excessive supervised experience. Keep in mind, the $300.00 was handed to us in case, outside of the envelope and the dishonesty continued by stating "they thought it was their tip." What?! **** was tipped from the start of our trip, in cash, handed to him in his hand. How could they think this was their tip and no one provided you the envelop, that was inside a purse? That is stealing!! Sadly, another booking was completed with this company prior to this entire experience, unbeknownst to them and I pray that these people are NOT the facilitators of that trip. Aura Yacht Charter has the ambiance, but the character of the people speaks volumes and they will not be booked again nor do we recommend them in the future. Disgusting behaviour to steal from us. That is not customer friendly or morally right.

    They tried to steal 300 from my friend on her birthday had her crying. Never been on a boat with too many rules felt like we were in prison a very horrible experience. And it was no microwave had to eat cold food
