On 5/23/23 Southern Waters Employee, *****, came out to assess our water system as the water was hard and smelled. ***** was at our house for 20 minutes. He adjusted some settings and suggested we should rebed the system. The water worked well for 2 days and then it was just as before. I called Southern Water three times before anyone was able to help me. I asked for a detailed invoice and they could not provide one. The invoice just states labor and service call. They had ***** talk to me. He was very rude and told me he said we should rebed that he cant see inside the tank so they just have to fox what they can see. I scheduled the rebed because he said that would fix the issue. They came back on Wednesday June 7 to rebed the system. The water appeared to be getting better for two days and then went right back to being hard and smelling. We had to wait until Monday as they are not open on the weekends to call. We call on Monday 6/12/23 and my husband is trying to ask questions at this point we have spent almost ****** and our water is exactly like it was when we started. They proceed to hang up on my husband and be extremely rude. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I feel completely robbed! They did not fix my water, have screamed and hung up on us and have ****** and I still have unusable water in my home. We have been completely taken advantage of.
