    **** did other work for me and I was pleased. I thought my toilet in my master bath was leaking so I called him to check it out. He flushed the toilet several times and said it wasn't leaking. He replaced the fill valve and flopper and caulked around the base. Also caulked the base of toilet in my guest bathroom. He charged me $225.00 this fee also was for replacing the fill valve and flapper which I don't know if i really needed. I paid him with my personal check $225 #****. This work was done on 10-30-23. On November 1 I texted him and also sent pictures told him that I felt something was wrong with caulking as it was buckling in one spot and I wanted him to look at it. He replied that it would be a day or two before he could come. On November 9th I texted him again asking when he could come to fix caulking. He replied that he was busy and he would see what he could do about getting over as soon as he could. Never heard from him again. At that time I didn't know toilet was leaking based on what **** told me.On December 2 I had another plumber come and he informed me the toilet was leaking. He replaced wax ring. I took pictures and sent them to **** Liebermann plumbing and informed him that the toilet was leaking and he should of replaced the wax ring. The new plumber also informed me the caulking that was done in both bathrooms was poor quality. Also on December I sent the pictures of work the new plumber did to **** Liebermann and requested he give me a refund for work he should have of done. I have not heard from him. Not that it matters but I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income.
