    This practice is horrible! I was going to the *************** location. The doctors are good, but the staff is incompetent and flat-out thieves. They overcharged me by $80, so I had a credit. The scheduling people at the front desk would try to charge me for copays, even though I had met my out-of-pocket requirements for the year, and therefore did not have copays. Then in November, I got burned by electrical equipment at the facility because the nurse didn't feel comfortable placing the electrodes on my back. After I realized I had 2nd degree ***** on my lower back, the nurse, doctor, and office manager came in to see me. They asked about my allergies and I told them what I am allergic to. The nurse then gave me a medication THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO - 3 TIMES! When I called and told the nurse she had done this, her response was, "well, it doesn't have much of what you're allergic to in it, so it should be ok." This is NEVER OK! You do NOT give people medications that they are allergic to just because it's convenient. January came around and every time I went for an appointment, the front desk staff would again try to charge me a copay. I repeatedly explained the verbal contract the doctor made with me regarding waiving my copays. Instead, they used my $80 credit and have refused to return it. The office manager said that she and the doctor discussed it and decided they would cover 2 copays. That is NOT what I was told by the doctor. Plus, they STILL should have waived the 2 copays they stole from my credit since I didn't have copays in December to begin with. The doctor has since left the practice, so no one there gives a poo. Bottom line, I was injured because of their neglect, malpractice, and incompetence, and even though I was promised compensation in the form of waived fees, the office manager refused to uphold the agreement, which is a BIG "F*** YOU!" This practice is unethical, UNSAFE, and shows a huge lack of integrity.
