    I was enrolled in October 2024. My debt was ******. I paid them $365.52 Beginning 11/1. 11/15. 12/2. 12/15 1/2, 1/15 then 2/2/25. I was never sent a ccontract no paperwork. Nodocumentayion.. I was unsure they were taking my money until zi went yo myBank in February to inquire on some withdrawals ; all it said on my account was CFT/Pay/MLG ************ . I I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY TO CANCEL. I did cancel and first spoke *****. I was advised he would transfer me to ****** ***** SAID THEYHADPAID 100 TO D I SCOVER BUT HAD NOT SETTLED THEACCOUNT. THEN I spoke with with ***** who said they were charging me***** for legal counsel and would have to take that money from my ******* plus the amount they had paid Discover (1 or200 ) 3 m9nths for legal consult at ***** monthly but I would need back k.I called back 2/12. Spoke with *****. Advised that I wanted my refund less the legal and that they had paid Discover. Now She tells they made a settlement with Discove for 7500 of a ***** balance.. They were.never to setle an account without my concent. also they wanted 27% of the amount of my debt with them which was34,000. For settling an account they first said they didn't settle. They want 2500. Plus what they had paid Discover and the legal. THE settlement I would not have accepted. Therefore I want my ******* less the 1 or 200 they ***********.

    They first bait and switched me with a debt negotiating company instead of the loan as was offered in order to get my call. They then offered to resolve debts for me and gave me some numbers and a few links in my email. They took 4 months worth of payments from me and never even attempted to negotiate anything. My creditors attempted several times to contact them at the numbers given to me. I was told not to pay creditors during process. Nothing was paid, responded to or negotiated. Yet fees were being taken out of my account. I received no response from several messages sent to their Debtfreeportal. My credit is much worse. I have massive fees from unresolved accounts in late fees. I want all my money back. These people are criminals. I'm shocked they even sent the portion of my money that they did. I want the rest also. Charging fees before even doing anything. Scammers.

    The busines said they were going to do debt consolidation and I'd pay monthly automatic payments I realized after accepting that the company is not real and they're selling a scam that doesn't help anyone I sent a letter to discontinue a day after I had agreed for them to start my consolidation and they called convincing me to continue I then I did online searches for the numbers and email addresses associated with this company all resulted in nothing they're using real companies to hide behind I sent them another letter to stop services now I'll have to go cancel my bank account because they wont stop

    I received an email from this company stating this was a proven program that could reduce my debt. The paper work sent to me states that they are BBB accredited business with a A+ rating. They stated that usually they get a resolution from creditors within two to three months. My first payment to them was 10/15/2023 for $348.08. All payments are on auto pay. So far they have only resolved one creditor and I have not been able to speak with my debt specialist since my first payment. I constantly receive calls from my creditors offering a better solution. When I spoke with someone at Elevate this pass Friday they just kept giving me the run around. I calculated my payments to them and realized that I would only save about $3,000 and I still would have a negative credit report(something I should have done before I agreed to this). I spoke to two of my creditors on Friday from their collection department and was told they have not heard anything from this company (Elevate) I told this to Elevate and they did not speak on the subject, they kept saying as my funds pile up with them, they are able to make better progress. I was not told this from the start. At this point since my credit is messed up, I just want to accept the arrangement from the credit card companies at an agreed upon amount which will much less than what I will pay Elevate for the 48 months I'm in the program. Incidentally the creditor(MerrickBank) that they settled with was only owed $ 1023 from the start. They state that they got a settlement of $100 a month for 12 months which is more than originally owed the. This is not adding up.

    I have not heard anything since 2/21/2024 and I am on auto pay with this company for the 15th of each month.

    I'm hoping to get some response before my next auto pay.
