    I want to share my experience with *******, the owner and sole employee of Rigdon Window Tinting LLC. This review is based strictly on facts, and I am happy to provide proof for any statement I make.

    I paid $475 for a tint job that was never completed to professional standards, and I am currently preparing to file a small claims court case to recover the amount after ******* repeatedly refused a refund, citing a "no refund policy."

    ******* operates out of his friend's garage in a business complex off ******** *******. He first attempted to tint my vehicle on July 6th, but the job had several issues -- including visible contamination like dirt, hair, and sand trapped under the film. The cuts around the edges were poorly done, with rounded corners on windows that should have straight lines, and a large visible gap on the driver-side window.

    I informed ******* of the issues, and he agreed to re-do the tint. However, I was rescheduled five times for various reasons: his friend didn't open the garage, his vehicle had mechanical issues, and other delays I did not question. Eventually, on June 28th, he attempted the re-tint, but the same problems were still present -- rounded corners, a driver-side gap, and significant contamination causing air bubbles.

    ******* agreed to a third attempt, but again had to reschedule due to not having the tint and the supplier he receives it from being closed. When he finally completed the third attempt (just yesterday), the tint still had visible contamination. I haven't even rolled the windows down yet to check for the same cutting flaws, but based on the prior work, I'm not hopeful.

    ******* claims the issues stem from my car's window gaskets being either too loose or too tight, and that the windows are "off the track." However, even the windshield that has no track had its flaws all 3 times.

    Despite this, ******* is unwilling to provide a refund, offering only more re-dos, which at this point have not produced acceptable results.
