    Bought washer dryer and fridge from this place. Products were delivered December 29,2022. Washer and dryer came damaged and was noted by delivery guys. The company has not contacted me to make it right or fix the problem. After several attempts with phone calls and e-mails to managers and our sales guy Kyle we have had no luck to getting a resolution to our damaged products.

    I purchased a ** Signature dishwasher in April, 2022. When delivered and installed, the door made a very loud clunking noise when closing door. This model calls for a custom front and I was told the problem would fix itself once custom front was in place. It took a while for custom front to be made and installed and it did not fix the problem. The latest repair marathon started 2/15/23 with repeated attempts by service technician to fix (including ordering/installing replacement parts) and the problem persists. Everyone I speak with, both local and corporate, tells me this is someone elses problem. No one with work with me to resolve the fact that I have a new $2000 high end dishwasher with a broken door.
