      Im so tired of this water company. They dont answer their phones. They dont answer their doors. They dont respond in need of assistance of any order issue and if when you do call they answer and say, are you calling about the water? Why? Yes I am arent you the water company? Does that make sense Every time they have a failure system we lose out on our water very inconvenience but they want their bill paid on time correct they want that money but they dont give us our on time alerts. What about the older people? They dont know when the water is gonna come back on or when its time to boil it They dont have the right company for this normandy village

      I have lived in this area since 2021 & I have had issues more than 3x a year for water issues . Rather its outages or simply low water ************* & other residences are TIRED of this .

      This is the worst company in ************, *******. They are outdated, inconvenient, and such a pain to work with. In order to make a monthly payment for monthly water bill, you will receive in the mail your amount and then either send a check or GO TO THE LOCATION. There is NO SUCH THING as online payment or to view what you owe or paid! Secondly, if there is a "BOIL WATER" alert, there will be a sign on the MAIN STREET! Meaning, if you are home all day, you WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED UNLESS YOU ARE DRIVING ON THE MAIN STREET! They close at 5 and have a lunch break, so I you want to pay a bill or make a complaint, guess what? THERE ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 5 AND DURING THIER LUNCH BREAK. If my husband and I knew we would be dealing with this type of company, we would have NEVER purchased our home 10 years ago! This headache has been ongoing for years and I am tired of adjusting my life to fit their outdates systems! It has been a week since we had issues and now our water pressure is low to none! After several calls and complaints, there is still no fixing the issue. Just the same ole "we are getting to it".

      Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and down right inhumane. The company only cares about getting as much money from you as possible.

      I don't think they even read my meter. The top where the meter is, is all broken and I leave things there to see that they don't even move it to open it and read the meter. My Bill is always the same every month. How come the water I use is the same everymonth? It can't be. Then I have to take a day off to go to their office to pay because they don't accept payments over the phone, and when I have off on wednesdays, they are closed and tell me that by appointment only? So either we have to pay cash or with a check. Nobody uses checks anymore and I have to buy checks just to pay these people. One time they cashed my check twice and the bank reversed one payment and then they were saying that I didn't pay. It took me several attempts with copies from the bank to convince them that they did cash my check. And one time they overcharge me 3 times more than what usually pay. This is a joke of a company. I wish JEA will take over. Why can't we have that choice?
