  STAY AWAY, save yourself One of the owners called me a MOTHER FU&KING FA^^OT multiple times!! Which I have on video.DaVinci Auto brings new meaning to the term sleazy used car salesman in *******!RUN AWAY!! NEVER GO HERE! Neither ***** nor **** are trustworthy. Zero stars should be an option for businesses run like DaVinci Auto A horrible car buying experience. I noticed their 30 day 1k mile warranty - THIS IS NOT REAL. Their 1k mile/30 day return IS A SCAM , they do not mean to ever allow you to use it. Once I began reaching out that I wanted to return it, Deni was no where to be found. Would not call back would not email back, I began to get very worried. I escalated to a manager, ***** and he gave me a run around for several days. When I finally had to get an attorney involved to get attention they said I needed to bring it back to them for inspection and to resolve it there locally, so I did. I left the car and even left the disposition fee they told me I had to pay EVEN MORE to release everything. Now we have to proceed with a lawsuit. They were awful and aggressively called me names. Again on video. THEY LIED THE ENTIRE experience. They had me drive all the way back to ************ and were now horribly rude to me just for trying to use their own policy. In the end they refused to take it back under the policy without making me pay made up penalties. Crooked behavior. I also believe many of their reviews are falsely manufactured in-house. DO NOT TRUST DA VINCI

  They covered a check engine light with black tape. To deceive the customer(me) into thinking via video walk around; that there were zero check engine lights on. Completely taking advantage of the fact that I am an out of town buyer.

  I contacted this dealership two months ago. A manager named Maurius came on the call. He was polite to show me the car on a video call. I discussed with him on the price, he said they had no wiggle room. Car was at $36,900. They were charging $895. He called me ‘cheap’. I told him Sir please be polite to talk to me. He said ‘okiedokie’ I keep getting messages from dealership now the car is at $32,989. I called today. He picked up the call. I asked if I could speak to Cole who had left me a message today. I asked him if he was Cole ? He said how can I help you? I said him are you Cole ? He then said I know who you are and you will only deal with me. He said he does not care a ‘s**t’ about me or anything. I told him I will not buy the car from him. I had called to make an offer but I told him not him He hung up the call ? Look at this flagship dealership with sales people having a ‘bad mouth’ I will find out who the owner is report this gentleman Thank you Updates to follow I called the dealership back again: Same Mr. Mauruis came on the call. He used words like ‘ F ‘ ‘ lick my as…’ D**n shit. He stated he was standing next to CFO and can talk to me the way he wants he is a grown man I kept on sharing calmly with him that’s not a good way to talk to customers and he said ‘he does not care a d**n sh…t.’ He than hung up the phone I will call the owner Lubomir ***** Dave ****** And discuss this with them I will be happy to upload the text messages and recorded call with this Gentleman

  This company sold me a Bentley GT in June and the car is a melon. I have spent over $25,000 since to fix the suspension, 2 new batteries and now the bumper needs to be addressed because of the suspension issues. The folks gave me a $1,000 credit to help with my issues. They dent respond any further or take any ownership. They even had parts installed to the car that were not Bentley parts. I have learned a ****** but would never work with them again.

  We purchased this beautiful car online about two months ago. We paid a little over retail because we thought it was a super clean car. It has swirl marks and paint all over the hood that was not disclosed to us completely. We were also told the tires were good, which was untrue. 15 minutes into driving it. It overheated we contacted the company immediately put it in the shop and the bill was about **** da Vinci agreed to pay 800 of it which was better than nothing I guess. After that, we drove it for four days and it overheated again. There was a leak in a different spot that needed to be fixed as well. Costing close to $2000 that I was fully responsible for. I pray that this is the last problem. Its been two months now and weve only driven the car for four days I strongly believe I was sold a bad car due to it breaking down as soon as I got off the delivery truck. This is bad business. Be careful . If I could give you zero stars, I would.
