      Worst company I've ever dealt with. Got notification that my item was delivered when it was in fact not delivered, but after reading reviews it seems like this happens all the time. I ordered it for a gift for this weekend....Now they're trying to make me wait 72 hours while they investigate. They won't give me a refund so that i can reorder the item from a different company. Told me i need to wait 3 days....Totally unacceptable.

      They offered SHIP24 code (20% of ***** Free Shipping) to me via email. On their web page the same code and offer was in the top banner prominently displayed. When I tried to apply it, it would not apply the full discount (it gave free shipping but no 20% off ****). The live customer service person repeatedly told me I can't apply two codes. I finally got him to look at the web page and see for himself that it was one code. He then suggested I place the order and he would apply both discounts after the fact. Once I did this (placed the order at full price) he stated he could only apply the free shipping. Quite literally the bait and switch. I cancelled the order and they apologized for me being frustrated!

      Terrible shipping speed. Can't get ahold of a real person. Then when you do you can't cancel due to such a delay. I haven't received my item yet. Ordered July 9th was suppose to ship 5 days ago. Never never waste your time ordering here.

      Placed an order. Decided to cancel an item less than 30 minutes later and they refused to help. I have had multiple issues we almost every order. I will make sure to delete my account this time. STAY AWAY from fanatics.

      Stay far away from anything that has to do with fanatics, theyre thieves. I ****** on their platform for months .. hrs at a time I could lose it all the **** remains active soon as I make a little comeback and win a decent amount acct suspended then closed permanently.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & the email is BS. I want what is owed to me!! The same way yall take the money yall should return with the same energy. This is ridiculous now!! I will be contacting the New Jersey Division of gaming enforcement & the BBB!! If I dont get a real response I will be taking legal action. The way this company is doing people a settlement is definitely in the works .

      ******* customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time Ive had this happen (once with ****** checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldnt do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. Theyve lost my business.

      They use a terrible shipping service (Lasership) that frequently loses packages and just tell you to contact the seller. Then on Fanatics its difficult to get in contact with a human. The ** bot just takes you in circles. If I cant reach a person in the next few days Im filing a claim with my bank. Be weary of using a website that you cant leave reviews on

      I have placed two orders and Ive received a partial package and the rest just keeps saying out for delivery. Ive called and they just keep telling me its out for delivery. Its past the delivery time. I cant get anybody who understands English. I finally got a supervisor she put me on hold and then disconnected. Im at my end. Im ready to call my credit card and just reverse the charges and they can figure out where their products at. It is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life at this site. Im so livid I cannot see straight.

      They sent me a $90 crewneck that had uneven sleeves (around 1 inch difference in length). The product was sold out so they couldnt provide me with a new one and refused to provide a discount more than 25% despite it not being what I ordered
