at the time the owner Mr. Juan Q Sanders stated he was out of business.We have
received 4 more complaints during the time of his closer. He is still operating
and has ceased all communication with the BBB. The mail has been returned to us on three separate

the company closed, and he started a new company 0818/2021 J & J Renovations
Properties as of 04/04/2022 there have been no complaint on new company.
First Coast Painting & Flooring Professionals LLC, consumers allege
that they hire Mr. Sanders they are given an estimate at that time a 10%
deposit is requested. The consumer alleges that after deposits are paid the company
starts project never to finish, steals materials provided by consumer and never
returns. They are blocked and never receive a return call.
