      Mighty Air was great, they came out to do a cleaning on both of my AC for the summer months and they will be back again in the fall. They were super knowledgeable and caught an error that the builder made of the filter being too small for the unit, along with the filter latch. ***** was great and was able to walk and actually show me each step of what he was doing and what the unit actually looked like. He also walked through the readings on my compressors and what each reading meant. They are to coming back out to clean the coils that were really dusty due to the small filter and latch, and are also installing a UV light.

      I was looking for someone to come out urgently due to my heat not working all of a sudden. I probably called around 12 companies before I called Mighty Air who sent someone out within the hour! They were able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it promptly! Great guys and worked efficiently!

      They delivered what they promised. On time and very Professional. I have used this company for years and have a Maintenace contract with them. When it came time to replace my units, I know there was no one else to call but Tony and his gang at Mighty Air. I called and they delivered.

      Overall poor experience at a good price.Mighty Air certainly does give you a low price and they deliver poor customer service and work. They did the job with low professionalism and lack of communication.We had them install a new duct system. When I came home the house was absolutely covered in debris and dirt from the vents, including all over my bed. I asked why they didn't lay down plastic or ask me to move things from under the vents. They then laid plastic over the dirt after the damage was done.They left destroyed portions of the vent area which I asked them to fix. They agreed to fix it, but failed to show up on that day, stating something came up. Ok, it happens, so next week? They agree and then fail to show up again. This goes on for about 3 weeks and they poorly communication in any capacity.The ducts were installed in a haphazard manner with several joints lacking a good seal, though the quality of the work does not stoop as low as the communication and disregard for the customer.Summary: Good price, and miserably in every other category. I highly recommend you find another company with a better customer service and professional ability.

      Sorry you feel this way **** theres a lot more to this story sir but Im not replying to judge or to have excuses. I do know you were told the ceiling in this home was cracking and in bad shape. We repaired some drywall repairs that were needed do to tight spot and ceiling dropped. As far as the grills the duct estimate the new runs were to be installed to existing boots with new grills. But we had to replace a few boots due to damaged ones. The existing grills were never flushed to ceiling we did our best to get your duct system in place and completed task spending more time than normal due to tight areas and ceiling issues. I assure you my guys were talked about regarding debri and we did our best to keep what we can covered. I apologize for the inconvenience and for the communication you said we had a problem with not sure what happened there just cause we pride ourselves with customer service and communication. Sorry we are not drywall specialists sir.
