5 starsAs a property owner of numerous rentals in different states, it's a shame that I can't clone the JWB team who manages my Jacksonville rentals! The transparency and communication is outstanding
- with no hidden fees or mystery charges. The tenants have been top quality people, with integrity, who appreciate these well maintained properties. As an investor, the yearly reviews are excellent. Whether you are an investor or a tenant, I encourage you to acquire a property that is sold and/or managed by JWB Real Estate Capital.

1 starI have been renting from JWB for 3 years, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that rents. The house was brand new but in 3 years the plumbing has gone out several times. We have cakes for weeks to the maintenance department and no resolution. In fact I'd a plumber comes or the septic tank people they are not allowed to tell the residents anything. Imagine not knowing it's you can fish your toilet or shower. They are putting up the same type of houses and they can't even maintain the ones they have. They truly don't care about the resident all they care about is the rent gets paid on time. Don't do it!JWB Real Estate Capital

1 starThee worse to deal with. I paid a deposit of $2388 to move in. Out of the entire deposit, they wanted to give me $135 back. The property had normal wear and tear (just little spots on the wall). $1463 was for “improper notice to vacate”, $75 for pest control after was I told I would not be charged for it because I was already paying for pest control monthly, $175 for general cleaning and $570 for paint. The house didn’t even that much painting. I couldn’t even get an email back at times. Also, my car was damaged on their property because the tree branch fell on my car. The tree branch caused $10,780.55 worth of damage. I paid $1000 out of pocket. I ask how would I be accommodate I was told it was “an act of God” so they were not going to assist. I asked what would you all do with if it was the home? The response was “we would take care of it.” Prior to my car being damaged, I called JWB when I noticed how the tree broke when it stormed. A JWB employee stated they were not going to do anything about the tree. It would be at the owners discretion. My goal was to stay at the property, but if property managers can’t respond to emails and if you they can’t take care of their customers, why would I want to stay ? I gave a verbal notice when I asked a lease. The written came later. I have been in touch with a few employees there some KIND OF helpful while others gave me the run around. The emails from the different employees are very contradicting and confusing. I am making an effort to escalate the matter. JWB has caused great hardship. I am literally out of THOUSANDS of dollars and still coming out pocket more money including for my vehicle again because of an airbag malfunction from the damage down by the branch. The insurance maxed out for a rental after 45 days, so I have to pay for one. I regret not listening. I know personally that had a contract with JWB. Before I signed my lease, the individual told do not deal with them because they do not do right by people.JWB Real Estate Capital

5 starsHonestly they are the best in the business. We have been working together now for almost 10 years. They always do what they say they are going to do and I haven't had any bad experience with them in over 150 transactions.
