              Yesterday, 2023-08-27, I submitted a request for an all cash offer on the same day as I saw their banner on their website: "Get a Guaranteed Offer on your home today.". I immediately received a call that I declined. I texted and asked if **** Spain is a principal buyer or intermediary. I never received a response. Mark ************************ ad is misleading advertising. It turns out that it can take 21 days to go under contract plus there are other stipulations. I also do not understand why a selling agreement is required to get an offer on a house. Hard to believe bait & switch like this is possible in 2023.
